We wanted to check this place out for the first time, so we went on a Wednesday evening around 5:30PM. When we walked in there was a sign that said “Please wait to be seated.” We stood around for a few minutes, no hostess in sight. Finally the bartender shouted at us “Just grab a table anywhere!”. OK.

So we grabbed a table. It took about 5 minutes before a server came by and we ordered a coke and some water, which took about 5 minutes. The place was very clearly understaffed. The server took our order after delivering the drinks and then it was time to wait. To her credit, she did warn us that they were “a bit backed up”.

After 10 minutes of waiting, another family came and sat down in the booth behind us.

20 minutes later the manager Chris comes out with some delicious looking food… and gave it to the table behind us. The table that walked in 10 minutes after we put our order in got their food before ours. So now we are at 40 minutes since we walked in, really hungry, and didn’t get any refills – in fact, we never saw the server again. When Chris dropped off the other tables food, I called his name and let him know that we had been waiting and that we were upset that other tables were being served before us. He promised he would go check on our order.

3 minutes later I see Chris come out, grab a rag, bus a table, then go back to the back. He didn’t bother to communicate anything to us.

So we got up and walked out. No one stopped us or said anything of course, because the employee in the room was the bartender and he was busy.

Look, I get that sometimes a business can get busy, especially when short staffed. But if you can’t fix the staffing issue, you better start communicating with your customers – give them a realistic “This is going to take 30 minutes” heads up, and when someone asks you to check on their food… don’t ghost them.

I had the house burger and fries, both were spit on. They didn’t have about 1/2 the beers on tap so I settled. After an initial wait, the service picked up and was good enough. Place was empty so it was a quiet night. Tough to get any feel when you’re one of three people in the restaurant. Overall. I would go back for the burger and fries…

The worst burger ever! The bun was cold , partial frozen, patty was really well done but I ordered medium rare, the first time been here and the last time.

Exceptionally quick and friendly service. I was wary of trying the restaurant attached to the hotel but the food turned out to be convenient and delicious. I will definitely eat here again during my next stay.

First time here and honestly last. I give 2 stars to this place just because the food was good. But what it really really lacks on is the costumer service, the place had 5 costumers and the waitress took 20 min to take my order. I had not even started to eat and she brought me the bill. Not once she came to give me a refill. The only times she came to my table since I got to the place was to give me the food and to ask if the bill was ready for check out. when I was not even close to being done.

I had a fantastic time at Little Ghoul, Roulette Food, and I Found Burger Theory. The place was amazing, and I can’t wait to go back and try a new beer. The people around the bar were friendly and welcoming, and I enjoyed hanging out with them. Although the location was a bit different, it was totally worth the travel. I’m glad I discovered this gem, and I’m confident that anyone who visits will have a great time too.

First Visit—it’s in a hotel. Food is pretty good. Seems Burgers are the thing Here. Lone Star Burger was decent. Firecracker Shrimp App was the bomb. Kitchen kinda has a bit of trouble getting orders out and getting them accurate. It’s kinda an odd place-hard to figure out how you get in-walked up onto patio and inside the bar from the patio. Atmosphere isn’t the greatest. Service is so so (at least this time). I’d return and would say you might give it a try. Especially if you’re in the mood for a decent burger. Patio is large and spacious. Not sure about parking. Could be more on the other side. I entered on the patio side and found a spot right there…but there might be more around the side or back.

Customer service was good and the waitress was really nice but we asked for no tomatoes and made sure we stated it a couple of times due to an allergy and the salad came out with tomatoes on it. Not only did it have the cherry tomatoes but one of them looked black and rotten.

Usually the salad comes out before the food but in this case, it all came out together but unsure if the tablespoon of ranch would have covered the salad, if it could have been eaten.

That being said, the waitress was extremely apologetic and did end up removing the salad from the ticket but in the same avenue, I would have thought this was due to being extremely busy and an over site BUT, only 3 couples were present during this time of the day we went.

Walked in and we’re promptly greeted and told we could select our own seats. Jessica was our waitress and provided great service. We ordered burgers and fries and onion rings. Everything arrived promptly and hot! Restrooms were very clean. An enjoyable experience.

I’m not sure if it’s normal to have only one lady (Sam) working on a Saturday night but tonight only one poor worker was serving the entire restaurant. She has to take all orders and make all the drinks. She busted her butt and did her best but it still took appx 10-15 mins to get drinks and order food.
Although the place wasn’t packed, it was definitely a lot for one person to manage on her own. I’d understand if it was a weekday, but at 645pm on a Saturday night you’d expect more staff.
The food was okay, not bad but not amazing. Also my husband requested no tomatoes or onions on his burger but was told he could only remove one item? So it came out with onions.
I attempted to share this information privately via email but the email on their website bounces back as not in service.
