Have to start by saying my server Buffy was absolutely fantastic. She was attentive and friendly. She gave me a heads up on the fries being batter coated and crispy so I got the tots with my burger cause batter just makes fries worse. Tots were good. The fry sauce not so much. The burger looked and sounded amazing. 1/2 lb boss burger. But the taste just wasn’t there. one of the worst burgers I’ve had. I really wanted to like it but was very disappointed.

The burger theory was not worthy of that 4.1 star rating.
I ordered two burgers being a double patty and chicken {both being make your own}
Our order was taken back due to both orders missing bacon & the double was missing its 2nd patty.
Once it came back the double patty was already soggy and my chicken was not fully cooked nor did it taste seasoned.
Our fries came back cold but were tasty when they had first came out.
For a 24$ burgers i had expected to get the experience.

We wanted burgers one night and decided to try this.. not realizing it was attached to a hotel. The food was just meh. Salad wasnt awful, burger was okay. The beer was flat. The girl working was super friendly, though. That was nice! And the atmosphere wasn’t awful. Nice a quiet, pretty chill. Would I go again? Probably not. There are better places to go.

Excellent service with great food. They treat my family (especially my toddler) amazing! No matter her mood, the service we get has been consistent and great. The food is great! Have tried 3 different burgers on the menu and all have tasted really good. It’s a hidden gem that more people should try!

Such good food and the service was awesome. They were really working hard to create a great environment. So thankful that after a long day of driving we didn’t have to go anywhere after checking in to get dinner. The servers were fantastic and a real team working together. Food was great quality and totally worth the wait. Love the environment too. So thankful this place is here. Jennifer and Glen = great team!!! The menus in the room made it so easy to choose and the kids’ menu was super helpful. Knowing they serve breakfast in the morning will make it so easy to just relax and get some R&R before heading out. Thank you guys. Can’t even say how grateful we are.

Went to @burgertheorynampa for some hotel burgers. Yes this burger spot is inside the Holiday Inn Express in Nampa.
We tried the Philly and the Lone Star. I got fries my wife got a salad we added the pertezel sticks with the BT Cheese sauce as a side. (The cheese sauce is a must!)
Kids meals are amazing. If you stay at the hotel they are free if not they are $4.95 and come with a burger, fries and a scoop of vanilla ice cream plus a drink. You can’t best that.
I didn’t give them 5 stars because I asked for my burger medium and it came out well. Even though it was overcooked it was still juicy so I feel a solid four star spot.

Every time we go here for dinner we are greeted with the most welcoming group of people. From being seated to leaving and everyone saying bye to our whole family including my 3 year old.
We’ve been there when she’s grumpy, happy, and tired and each time we are treated so good. The service is what brings us back each time, and the food is absolutely amazing! 10/10 recommend.

I’ve been here two or three times ans each time the food was good. The service was alright each time. The pricing is okay. One thing about this place is that it feels a little awkward because it’s inside of a hotel. I’ve tried several burgers, a salad, and their fries. All of which tasted great!

Went to Burger Theory after reading reviews. I was a little surprised to find it in a hotel. Nonetheless, the burgers were good and really big. Try the fried pickles! Service was lacking but all in all I’m glad we went.

Arrived about 7:15pm on a Friday evening. Wasn’t too busy and was quite a peaceful atmosphere. Ordered a massive Double BT Boss 16oz burger with onion rings, order of house fries, a Lone Star burger with fries, and an order of Chips and Salsa. It was all super good, hot and fresh! Wait staff was amazing, friendly, and interactive. Definitely recommend! They also offer salads and sweet potato fries! At the time of this review they are running a $3 off promotional on the burger section of the menu!
