Popped in after work and found an awesome experience by building our burgers as we liked them. Food great, we ate apps as well but ate them to fast to get pics of shrimp and wings. Really good food and nice people!

I had the BT Boss Burger and fries tonight!!! It was phenomenal!!! I’ve had it several times but tonight was exceptional!.This was a kind of meal that you will crave! The cook was possibly named Rod! To whoever was the cook on 5-17-25, I tip my hat to you sir!!:

The service was wonderful. My sister, who is celiac, was very grateful to see that they had a build your own burger. And they had the lettuce wrap, giving her another option of gluten-free. She would have loved other sides besides fries was not available besides slaw and salad. But she was thrilled with a burger. Server was very sweet, and the cost was reasonable.

During my stay. Misty was working like crazy and did an amazing job making sure all customers were taken care of as quickly as possible. This was a VERY busy weekend with a full hotel. Great job multi tasking and ensuring everyone was well taken care of! I’ll be back!

Very pretty. Upscale lounge. Very nice patio with gas fire pits. Located inside the Holiday Inn Riverside. Service was a little slow. (Over 90 minutes order & eat.) Burger was average. Chicken tenders had very little or no kind of batter, just deep fried to death. Atmosphere was GREAT. Food not so much. Go for a drink. Maybe food will improve.

My husband stopped by the Burger Theory in Paducah Ky to pick up dinner tonight. He got a hamburger with French fries $15.00 and he brought me a chicken sandwich with fries $13.00. We have never been there before and have wanted to try it. With a name like “Burger Theory” we thought it has to be good. BOY were we WRONG!!!!! The French fries were undercooked and the oil that they were cooked in tasted so bad. ( the oil that they used to fry the French fries in NEEDS to be changed) We could not eat them. My chicken breast was burnt in several places and small. My husband said his burger was “OK” but he would never order it again. The total bill was around $30.00. I would have been happier with a Culver’s burger and chicken sandwich.

Underwhelming…. a name like Burger Theory really opens you up for a creative atmosphere and a symphony of American Hamburger twist. The onion rings were the right texture and perfectly battered, yet relatively flavorless. My burger came on rye bread and was beautifully presented. The burger was slightly greasy, and cheesed, corned beef, then topped with cole slaw. It seemed this was going to be a masterpiece, again relatively tasteless! What is going on here!!!!!
The service was average and my server did not partake with the other 5 servers that were worried only about their boyfriends and kids that were hanging out in the booth area, causing a ruckus. Over all the staff was unprofessional and needed some work etiquette classes.
To top the mediocrity off, a river restaurant where you can’t see the river completely lets you down.

Update 10/12/23: great atmosphere good drink selection. Hospitality at restaurant very good! Now that’s the good! BAD… CELLPHONE GOT ENGULFED BY A ACCIDENTAL TREY SPILL OF SEVERAL SODAS. tried to save the phone but later that evening stopped. The syrup drinks was too much. Let the hotel front manager know. She passed it on to the gm Monday. They denied me any kind of assistance! Then the GM tells me to bring the phone in with receipt and the main office will cut me a check on a Thursday. As I followed up the following Monday I was informed via a, employee somewhere near Cincinnati that my damaged and total loss iPhone 13 pro max was just that. He followed up in his email that my loss falls in same category as if I got it stolen from my car in the hotels parking area. So… It’s my duity to inform everyone of how this holiday inn treats paying customers. Who I might add spent I’m excess of 300.00 for one night stay. Dinner and breakfast plus tips. I hope all 30,000+ who have reviewed my reviews stop and read this. Take a second option if considering this hotel or restaurant.

I did not have high expectations, it’s a hotel restaurant(Holiday Inn). We stayed here during the 2024 Eclipse, and the food was actually pretty good. I got the breakfast burger. Super convenient as it’s on the ground floor of the hotel and you don’t even have to leave.
