Order was wrong, AGAIN! Haven’t eaten here in months because the order is always wrong! Had a craving and actually went in today. Ordered inside, order repeated, even left a nice cash tip, sat and waited 15 minutes, didn’t check the order because it was hot and fresh. Got home and it was wrong again!! I’ve tried to call multiple times. The mailbox is full so can’t leave a message. I want a full refund! It’s SIMPLE! Everything- NO veggies! Stop waisting your product on shit I don’t want!! Basic! Meat, cheese and sauce! NO NO NO VEGGIES!!! Damn! This location needs to be closed or retrained!! So disappointed! Now I have to find something else for dinner! Beware any new customers!!! 02/25/2026

Need to be careful when ordering here!!!! They like to add extra fees or up charges to ordering a regular meal. They have 2 young girls working a busy Saturday and they move a little slow, they messed up our order and look unhappy with their job, they definitely need more help here! DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE COMING BACK HERE! SHOULD HAVE WENT TO WHATABURGER ACROSS THE STREET! At least they don’t rip you off with fees and expensive food!

What an amazing experience! And the fact the burger was so juicy and delicious! I am always in the hunt for a good burger. I look for fresh beef, fresh and crispy veggies, & buttery toasted buns….well I’m here to tell you that’s exactly what I go!
The customer service was amazing. The young lady in the drive thru know the products, gave me her suggestions and also offered me dessert! The manager even came over greeted me and handed me my food!
I got the #3 bacon cheese burger, onion ring and a sweet tea-medium it was $10. I will spent 10 bucks on an amazing burger and a smiling face any day. I will strongly recommend this restaurant!

Staff friendly, wait wasn’t too long and the burger was delicious. Definitely will come back. Only giving four stars because it was dirty. The floor was slippery with grease and the table and chairs had food and crumbs all over them. Will get it to go.
