Been coming here for years recently, they’ve stopped putting basic items on to go catch up salt same goes for the cooking. The fries are all bland too oily no salt on them the burger as well they’ve downgraded.

Definitely don’t come here…. The first time I came I ordered extra items to give everything a try and it was $55 the 2nd and last time I came here I order way way smaller and less than half of what I ordered the first time the lady told me $51.20 in the speaker and at the window she told me $51.20 and we got the receipt it said $53.25 so either they charge you a $2 card fee or they gave themselves a tip with no permission.

My boyfriend and I were in the area and we were craving a burger so we stopped here to try it out. as soon as we enter we noticed this one guy giving us a bad look just because we had our service dog with us . After ordering he approached me saying there were no dogs allowed and I told him he’s my service dog and he said you have to eat out side in a really bad manner. I didn’t mind waiting outside either way it was too hot inside like they don’t have AC or something. Plus How are people supposed to know to not bring their service dogs here if there’s nothing stating otherwise? Honestly we only stayed because we were hungry but to be honest the food was not as expected I think any other fast food would of been better. I hope to never come back to this place

Personally I’ve never had a problem with my order. I have only ever done breakfast but it’s a large amount for the cost. I always add avocado (and they give you a good amount), sometimes I’ll add the two chile’s for a $1 and some breakfast plates come with a free coffee.
I feel like they have always done a great job and I always have leftovers for later.

I’ve been living in Pico for almost 10 years and I finally decided to give them a try . First and last time I ever order from there . I ordered a hamburger special and asked to make my fries chili cheese. I payed 18 dollars for a burger with the thinnest patty I’ve ever seen . The burger was packed with lettuce but no meat . The chili cheese fries we’re really small and on top of that they wanted a extra dollar for dressing.. I’m glad I asked for no cheese on my burger or it probably would’ve been over 20$

This place is horrible now they must have a new owner never have I been treated so awful from the cashier to the one who stated they we’re in charge my order was wrong and the rest of the food was horrible tasted rotten lettuce was stalled and old.
The meat was bad smell and tasted rotten $51.09

Food was good, but just a heads up. I went through the drive thru thinking it would be quick. I was mistaken, slowest drive thru I’ve ever encountered. Hey cook, drop the fries and burger on the grill when you hear the order over the monitor, don’t wait until I pull up.

Had no real issues with the food decent but they use these crazy trick to squeeze every dollar out of you when using a debit card they have $1.50 fee SURCHARGE FOR EACH BREAKFAST plus try to charge u for a large or medium drink when ordering a small then on top of that a 4 % fee for using debit card
Ordered a $10.99 breakfast burrito plus small drink $2.59 after taxes hidden fees paid $18.49 they charged me for a large drink plus the $1.50 the 4%percent I know economy bad right now but be straight forward with customer most would be ok if u told them about the hidden trickery then the receipt have no price on it so pretty much they can make price changes on command one good thing the food was not bad better then McDonald’s but ppl just ask for all the charges before paying it felt like I paid for 2 people to eat instead one one ppl can add now in days 10.99 plus $2.59 is only $13.58 plus tax should not be $18.49 but times are tuff for even restaurants I guess enjoy the food was decent
