My first time eating at this place. I didn’t pick the food up, so I didn’t see the location, but the food was amazing. I really liked the corn ball things they have. I had a loaded cheeseburger that was amazing. The fries reminded me of burger stand fries I grew up with, thick krinkle cut and delicious. All around, a pretty good nostalgic meal.

I came in from Chicago and this was a close place to where I was staying. So to start the food is pretty decent for being a little shack. The prices are good for the quality of food. But the woman Kimberly that took my order was not so very nice. I asked about certain things on the menu i didn’t understand and she gave me attitude like i should have already known. Pretty much ok work on being friendly.

The burger shack really shakes the room. The tasty burger, the bacon, was a little too crispy for my taste, but it still fits with the burger. Fries were below average, but it’s still a great option to go for a burger. It’s hard to get in there if you don’t have a truck, but if there is a will to get in there, there is a way to get some tasty burgers. Service was good, also.

I love me some Burger Shack!!! Since moving to Drakesboro, I eat here 3-5 times a week. You cannot beat the prices. And the burgers….. if you don’t know then you need to.

I really just got the impression the female employee I spoke w/ @ 1944 absolutely did NOT want to take nor prepare my attempted call in order. I am SO SO disappointed in my favorite eatin spot.
FURTHERMORE, she informed me during said attempted order that The Burger Shack does NOT sell mozzarella cheese sticks. SO, You MEAN, TO TELL ME that every mottz stik I’ve ever eaten from there(including the damn marinara sauce too) was all just a dream?? A figment of my imagination? A fairy tale if you will??
Well this evening was no fairy tale so I’m left only one option…a bowl of the ‘lords lettuce’!!!! I’m so hungry I’ll probably just inhale it!! You know what I’m suggesting!!’

This was off the beaten path for us on our way to Bowling Green but worth the detour. Their menu was filled with options but we chose burgers & fries… It is the Burger Shack after all… and really enjoyed the food! It didn’t appear to have inside seating (a lot of to go pick ups) but there were some picnic tables outside. We just sat in our car and enjoyed the food

I don’t understand how this place has is high of a rating with as many reviews as it does. The food sucks and expect to wait even if you call your order in. It’s called the Burger shack yet the burgers there are some of the suckiest I’ve ever had. Frozen precut patties with no seasoning. You think being named the burger shack the best thing you would do is burgers but that is not the case. It’s probably the worst thing they do. The only reason I can come up with for them having as high of reviews as they do is because the area has a general lack of taste in what’s good. If you think this place has good food, I don’t want anything you think is good. The only reason they probably survived as long as they have is because they’re one of the few places to get something to eat near TVA.

Great find. Very cool little sandwich shop. The $1 mini slider wasn’t the best, it just tasted cheap. But then again it was only one $. The double burger was HUGE. Very filling. Fast, cheap burgers. I will definitely stop here again the next time I’m driving through town.

Nice people, food was good but honestly nothing to rave about. Milkshakes are huge but really just mediocre in taste. Seems like they just put a hunk of ice cream in a cup and call it a milkshake.
