This is my go to burger place for delivery, always fresh, well packaged and delicious. The corn patty on their veg burger is top tier and the meat burgers are really good too. Cheesy chips are hands down the best I’ve ever had and they are super generous with the cheese sauce. Bonus points (given by my toddler) for the biscoff waffle and NY Vanilla shake . Never had anything that I didn’t like and I can’t wait to try more of their menu.

Absolutely outstanding my favourite thing to order is Lemon Pepper Chicken wings, they taste like they do in America.. delicious.. we also love the burgers and shakes! Highly recommend 10 out of 10!!

Tried this branch for their breakfast menu. The portions were big and received my order still fresh/hot. The egg bacon hash brown cheese roll was a bit salty but tasted good. The cheesy chooky fries had big slices of chicken and not too spicy which is to my liking. Overall, happy with my meal.

Fantastic burger. Good amount of sauce, fresh bun, tasty paddies, lots of flavour, chips and onion rings also very very nice. Pleasant staff. This would be a regular for me if I wasn’t just visiting Melbourne. Thanks team.

Not from this area, but my partner is and we have been here around 10 times now and every time it has delivered with quality burgers and chips with a good range of different burgers.
They are well presented and made with premium wagyu beef and chips are never burnt or oily. Service is always great, never have to wait around. It’s in a quiet enough area so it’s not that busy which is always good. Have vegetarian options but definitely no vegan options. Also have a good enough of dessert options too. Well priced too with average enough prices. Great vibe with nice music also.

The NY Vanilla shake was spot on. Worth getting.
My son ordered the OMG Oreo shake. It did take 1/2 hr but I found out it’s because they make the waffle and donut fresh! So it’s a great desert after burger. All in all great buger and chips and will be back again.

It’s my first time ordering from burger road. Probably one of the best burgers I’ve ever tried. I ordered Moo’yahlicious and it was divine!!! Very satisfied with the bacon cheesy fries as well. It’s soooo yummy! It’s gonna be my go-to burger from now on.

I’m not sure what’s happening over at Burger Road or if there’s new owners or new chefs, but the quality of the food has gone WAY down hill.
Presentation looked good initially, but as you can see in one of the photos it’s basically a slop of sauces and juices from what seemed to be a weird tasting purple pickled coleslaw. While my partner powered through it, I gave up after a couple of bites.
We also ordered the Mac and Cheese bites and I can only assume that the thick dusting of powdered cheese was intended to cover all the missing crumb and half cold macaroni (there were even some icy spots in one of them). Tried to eat them and gave up partway through the second one.
Chips were chips, hard to mess that up, but still not my favourite.
Really disappointed as this was previously one of our go to places. I’d left a positive review in the past which seems to be gone now, but perhaps that just leans into the change of ownership.

Came in for a last minute dinner with the kids before getting back on the highway (we live and hour away), and was really impressed by the service, the atmosphere, and the quality of the food!
Staff were friendly, happy, and helpful.

I am not sure why this place is so highly rated. The burger I ordered wasn’t bad, but nothing special, rest of the family had the same opinion. The fries while plentiful were dry/stale with no seasoning.
The pricing is off, the family deals cost more bundled than ordering individually. And in general the qaulity wasn’t that impressive.
