I was excited to visit the place as it looks so good for an ambience but really disappointed with the food quality and service. I spent around 25$ for 2 burgers, and I received unhygienic plates served in and over cooked food. All I can taste was burned patty. I asked if they have coffee and surprisingly in winters they don’t have coffee but later I realised that thank god they did not have coffee otherwise more of my time and money will be wasted. Staff was so low on energy like they did not want any customer. I was there to spend the afternoon working but just left after eating. Rubbish.

Food was AMAZING! Waitress didn’t come to our table though, we had to order at the cash register, and pay for our food before we ate. How am I supposed to figure out how much to tip, BEFORE I eat my meal? At least the scowl she gave me didn’t cost anything.

It’s a pricey burger joint, but they back it up with good product and service. There are many fancy burgers on the list I know nothing about, but the double cheeseburger with real thick bacon, beer battered fries and real gravy hit the spot. I’m not spending that kind of cash on burgers everyday, but it’s a nice lunch destination for a foodie.

Service was great and with a smile. Burger and fries were so tasty. The best we’ve had in awhile. The sauce had the right amount of zing. Portions are large. You won’t leave hungry.

I really love their burgers and fries. Their beer cheese sauce is literally to die for. I usually order out but my husband and I went in one day and I have to be honest-I don’t like their ordering model. For the prices they charge there should be table service, IMO. The atmosphere is ok but would be better if it had table service! The atmosphere would be improved with a more bustling environment of happy customers which I think would come if table service were on offer. I still love their food and will absolutely order again and again! Haven’t had their breakfast but I bet it’s delicious.

Sanitation is definitely not a priority here. Kitchen staff member brought food outside to the outdoor patio, came back inside the restaurant (had to open two doors to do so) and then went straight back into the kitchen and began making food. Did not wash his hands, wear gloves etc. Thoroughly grossed out and could not eat my meal after seeing this.
