Well to start off the atmosphere is lovely the place is on the smaller side but overall cute. The service was average, the cashier didn’t seem too happy or nice but we got our food quickly. We got the Mushroom burger, Guacamole burger and wings. The mushroom burger had mushrooms that were VERY undercooked, it wasn’t too tasty according to my husband. I personally got the Guacamole burger, my burger had a random singular jalapeño, the top part of the onion and weirdly tasted like straight mayonnaise, the meat was good and seasoned though. The wings where TERRIBLE, the garlic Parmesan wings where very oily and looked and tasted as they just fried chicken and dumped cheese on it no flavor at all. The lemon pepper wings where covered in way to much seasoning and salt but only on one side, the other side was flavorless and oily. I’d probably only come back for the fries and a plain cheeseburger. I tried to feed the leftovers to my dog but unfortunately even he refused to eat it. I regret not asking for a refund but am hopeful they will do better

Today was my first time visiting this place because it was recommended to me and I wanted to try something different. The burgers were good, but the attitude and behavior of some of the employees left a lot to be desired.
The cashier was rude and seemed annoyed from the moment I ordered. The employee preparing the food was on her phone, touching her hair while wearing gloves, and then using those same gloves to handle the bread and food, which was very concerning.
I asked the cashier to speak with the manager, and she was very disrespectful and told me he was not there. Later, another employee came out and I asked him about the manager. He was very kind and turned out to be the person in charge. He apologized for what happened and mentioned that this was not the first time there had been issues like this. He addressed the situation and spoke to the employees, but even after that, the worker continued talking back, which was very disrespectful—not only to customers, but also to the manager who has to deal with this behavior.
I truly hope the owner addresses this situation, because the food is incredibly good and it would be a shame to lose customers due to the behavior of these employees. I also couldn’t help but notice that the cashier treated me poorly, while she was kind and attentive to American customers. As a Hispanic customer, this made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. What makes this even more disappointing is that the employees involved are also Hispanic . Good food deserves good service, and no customer should feel treated differently because of who they are.

The cashier today was very rude and not paying attention to her order numbers. Rather be laughing and hugging the other employees while cooking the food and these wings are wayyyy over seasoned and VERY greasy

Not gonna lie I was very disappointed. After reading the reviews I was sure I was about to have the best burger of my life….. far from it. The burger had almost no flavor annd the bacon was hardly cooked. And the cheese sticks tasted like they were cooked in old oil. Now the burger was huge, you get a good portion of fries even when ordering a small. But it just isn’t that greeat.

This place has very good food. I love their French fries. They’re seasoned well and crispy. They also give you a lot of them with your order. The grilled chicken sandwich wasn’t dry at all and very tasty! My friend got the burger and she loved it. I highly recommend if you are looking for a delicious burger to eat.

Very tasty handmade beef burger patties, seasoned well. Large burgers. Curly fries were good. Small place and didn’t see a public restroom, but the food was good and service was fast. Highly recommend for a small family owned business.

This is a hole in the wall restaurant. These are the restaurants you want to find out about. Came here with some friends and this was our first time here. Everybody loved it!!! And we will be back to try the other menu items.

We ordered mushroom burger, jalapeno burger, hot pop club sandwich, chicken Philly sandwich, wings, fries and chilly cheese fries. Everybody enjoyed what they ordered. Even the visual presentation of the food was good looking and I’m wanting to try those next time I come here. The fries were just average with a little hint of garlic salt.

Had the Philly and bbq chicken sandwich combos. Quality of food is lacking, sandwiches were just “okay” very little flavor. Hand cut fries were odd looking and wrinkly, possibly undercooked and/or stored at room temp for too long, was definitely my main concern. Not sure if it was just an off day for the kitchen but I hope the owner sees this and addresses it with the staff.
Also the restaurant is filthy with food all over the floor while staff stands behind counter talking .

Very surprised, that the rating is so high. I ordered door dash. My son said the burger was great. The club sandwich and blt were disgusting. They were very greasy and the bacon wasn’t crispy. Very soggy and they used shredded lettuce. We also didn’t get the cheesecake, we ordered. Very disappointing.

First time in town visiting my girlfriend, and wow—Burger Pop is amazing! The quality of the meat, fresh bread, crisp veggies, and generous portion sizes really blew me away. We ordered a cheeseburger, a small fry, and a small onion ring, and it was more than enough for two people. The food isn’t greasy at all, and from what the locals say, they consistently maintain this quality. It definitely lives up to its reputation as the best in town!
We also shared a churro, and let me tell you, the portion sizes here are Texas-sized! I was pleasantly surprised by the caramel filling—it was sweet enough on its own, no syrup needed.
I highly recommend Burger Pop! I wish we had one in Fort Worth. If you’re in the area, skip the big box fast food places in the same shopping center and go local—you won’t regret it. And the price? Amazing! We more than fed two people for under $15.
They offer indoor and outdoor seating and also deliver through Grubhub.
Update: I came back, and it was just as good the second time around. This is a must stop everytime I’m in or near town!
