My first time at this place today and I was impressed. The place is nice, vibrant, and clean. The menu board is easy to read. The gentleman helped me choose from the menu. Recommended the messy burger. It was the special of the day. That burger was theeee best I had in a long time!!! It was juicy and flavorful and the fries were the bomb!!!

My family and I have ordered from Burger plus on 2-3 other occasions. My mother ordered a burger on the way home from work. She was told to wait for 20 minutes, but they gave her her food in 8-10 minutes. Once my mother got home, she noticed her food was cold; the fries were greasy and cold, and the burger wasn’t fresh. My mother called and told them what had happened and the younger lady who takes the orders was arguing about how “that’s how the messy burger is” instead of trying to be accommodating and remake the old food. Once we came back to the restaurant to get fresh food, she still continued to argue with my mother and say “I can replace the fries, but not the burger.” It was a lot of back and forth that was unnecessary and very unprofessional. Safe to say, we will not be coming back to this location.

I’ve been here 3 times in the last week!! This is my new favorite burger spot in BR. Their aloha burger hands down is the best and the fries are definitely homemade. Food is cooked to order but no more than a 10min wait no lie. I love the older man that works there as well he’s too cute ❤️!!!

I got Tuesday Special which was the Philly cheese steak w/ Fries and a drink. Made to order, hot & fresh. Affordable. The fries was good, the Philly was ok, could add a little more seasoning to the steak. Service was good. Nice lobby and sit down area outside.

Small little restaurant but they make excellent burgers. Attach pictures of their daily specials which are real bargain. In my opinion they have the best burger combos in Baton Rouge. Burgers are homemade patties and very juicy. French fries are from real potatoes and not limp like 5 Guys. They also have some interesting toppings and specialty burgers. Today I had the ‘aloha’ Burger because it happens to be their Saturday combo special with fries and a drink. Normally I’m not big on pineapple on hamburgers (or pizza for that matter)…and probably wouldn’t have ordered it if it hadn’t been that day’s special Burger combo. However, I have to say that it was very juicy and the contrast of the sweet pineapple against the savory beef and bacon (they put lots of bacon on their burgers) was very tasty
My only complaint about the place is that whoever the owners hired to make & and finish their wooden tables inside the restaurant use the wrong type of varnish or polyurethane. You can tell when you touch it that it’s never fully cured. The table tops always have this slightly sticky feeling to them as if somebody spilled a soda and it wasn’t wiped up. It’s a minor thing because they’re very good about keeping the tables clean but it’s something to be aware of if you go to eat in. Maybe one of these days the owner will hire somebody to sand all the tops down and properly finish them with the right type of polyurethane.

My wife and I stopped by this place on a whim today. First let me say the service and attention to the customer was great. Then we got our food, it was amazing! I’ve always gone to another local favorite for a good burger. This place is on a whole different level. We will be back many times, so good!

Hidden Gem in the city. The food was so good,fresh and hot! Portions are a very good size. Customer service was very friendly and polite. It was my first time visiting. Definitely will be going back. I got my food to-go, so the pictures doesn’t do it justice.

The burger here is a must. The bread was outstanding, the meat was mildly yet well seasoned, and the produce on the burger was very fresh. You could tell the lettuce was not out of a bag.
The bread hung well over the meat, but I’ll take that because the price was $12. And overall, it was a huge value.
Ketchup and mustard was lightly used and as a result it was properly done and did not drown the burger.
The fries were mid-level. Not much substance behind the skin. Bland.

Actually just took a friend here. The outside has a patio to eat at. My friend said it was really good. Everything was made fresh to order. It took a few minutes but, half the time that was stated. Great service, great food.

This was my first time eating here. I got the Sunday Special which is 10 wings with fries and drink. Wings were large and cooked perfectly, fries were hot and crisp. I will definitely be coming back to eat here again.
