Do not go here! They served me under cooked beef and my associate’s food had hair in it. They are not clean and also not customer friendly. I did not ask for a refund, I asked for a different sandwich as mine was under cooked. She said no refunds. Never coming back here.

Food was excellent, tasty and hot, 5/5 . I had an oyster on bun dressed combo. Paid $13 I think. Service was 4/5 . Not bad but not really any customer service at all, not rude but definitely not the nicest lol. Ok so the place itself just needs a nice lil update.

Honestly I could have went to the Eastside and got better food instead of catching the bus just for my food to be messed up I ordered a hot sausage on bun combo large and chicken plate with fries my chicken plate came with 10 fries on there and when I told the lady she started saying something in another language as if she was fussing or cursing me out in her language, the hot sausage sandwich that was suppose to be a combo didn’t get rung up as a combo because she was so busy no listening and hearing what she wanted to hear because we were the only ones in here at the time needing to be served so I just received a burger and drink which was the same price as the combo but the thing with me is how y’all don’t wanna refund or fix a order when the mistake is on your end. And to top it all off the service was horrible

The Asian lady at the counter is very rude and a thief. I gave her $20 she gave me 50 cents back in change which was supposed to be $10.50. I bought a cheese burger and onion rings and my total was $9.50. She claims that I gave her $10 when I promise on everything I love I gave her a $20. I asked her to run the cameras back she said the cameras don’t work which doesn’t make since considering you running a business and if anything happens you can’t account for anything that happens. I requested this restaurant to be investigated because that’s the lowest thing for a business worker to steal from a customer. I would not support these people. They are thieves and don’t care about people. I personally would like to talk to the owner about how business is being conducted here. That lady got me out of $10 and the camera would have caught that I put a $20 on the counter. I hope everyone sees this. I’ve been eating here for years and it’s disappointing that I’ve been supporting these people with my hard earned money just to be treated like trash as a customer. Also someone in a professional field should investigate them because they have some fishy things going on for their cameras not to work.

Trash.. The service was horrible. The Asian lady charged my fiance’ $40 for food we didnt order, she had to send the plate back to fix my order. very over price. They had to fix our order 3 times because she didnt understand us (language barrier). It was just a horrible experience

The food was terrible. It tasted like I was back in the army during a field exercise. I can tell that the burger was a pre frozen burger and not original ground beef. They mush have just put this burger in the microwave or something. I could have went to burger King and gotten a better tasting burger. I plan to never go there again.

Working in the area and stop by for lunch to get a fish on bun combo. The place was clean and they had some good reviews but when I received my food without checking it and returned back to work to enjoy. When I opened the sandwich I noticed that I had a have of a catfish filet that was broken off as if the cook ate it or saved it for another order, I was very disappointed with that but if I ever return I’ll definitely make sure to check before leaving.
