Triple Great! Great service. Great looking location. Great food! Had a spicy burger and it was fantastic, with crispy veggies and done just right. Onion strings were a nice option to mix things up with, though I want to try the curly fries next time. Will absolutely add this to my top STX lunch options.

So far when they started in west branch F’stead they were doing fine, then few months later were doing average, now is a disgrace, failing business, horrible service, you go there like only 3 people waiting on benches forever for their orders, sometimes still giving you something else of what you ordered.. I Ordered a chicken tenders, salmon sandwich, cesar salad, took almost 1 hour .. really? This restaurant supposed to be fast food place, even when you go there that is really almost empty, you expecting to get out in 15-20 minutes, but I don’t understand why they taking so long, this same exactly same mistake was carried out by Ihop and Pollo tropical, bad services is what cause to restaurant to shot down businesses, so sad this local own business fall in the same mistake like the others, can’t keep up with good quality and good customer services, this totally unacceptable, as a customer I will giving you my experience there few weeks ago, my chicken Tenders was skinny like spaghetti and no much meat in it and was dark over cooked, salmon was really salty, over cooked as well, salad was tiny when I ordered a big one, soda was flat bad mix taste unable to drink plus there was no ice available in the machine, and always mess up orders giving you something else, overall evaluation staff are really arrogant, miserable, unhappy, I definitely not going back to this place, won’t recommend to anyone, I rather eat a ham and cheese sándwich at home

The food was so-so. You would think their burgers would be great because that’s the name of the place. The shake machine was inoperable, so there’s that. Only one person working so she had to take our order then go to the kitchen and prepare our meals. The air conditioning was working and the atmosphere was nice.

We happened upon this spot when we were looking for a place to eat. The clerk was very friendly, though I wasn’t sure at first if she got our order right. They definitely took there time to get us our food, nothing fast about it, but when we got it, the burger and fries were really good. As was the bacon, the highlight of the burger. I would go back again, but with a lot of patience, island time after all!
