This Burger place was recommended by my daughter so after work today we stop for a meal order a 2 combos and the food was great. The ambiance is relaxing open. Will be back to eat here.

Was excited to try the new burger place. While the taste was on point, the price of just the burger was $13.00 and the amount of meat was disappointing. It looked like it was a shaved piece off the top of the actual burger. For 3 burgers, 2 fries which you had to pay extra for and 1 order of brussel sprouts cost $76 with tax.

This place is so unprofessional it’s honestly funny. The girl at the counter clearly just wanted to sit down the whole time , zero effort and very unwelcoming. On top of that, it took over 40 minutes to make one burger, with no one else waiting.

Some coworkers and I ordered from this place on their website and when one of my coworkers came to pick up our orders, they didn’t have mine and hers, but they had everybody else’s, and when she called me and we gave him the order numbers and showed that we already paid for the food at first they didn’t wanna go and honor our order and told us we had to dispute it with the banks, but when she was getting ready to leave they all of All of a sudden said they found the order, but I came to realize now that they didn’t. When she arrived back to work with our food, my order was completely wrong. I got a burger with nothing on it whatsoever, even though I had ordered onions, pickles, lettuce, and tomato with sides of sauces and I ordered some fries which I did not get, So instead of being able to enjoy my burger on my lunch break, I had to take my lunch break to go back to the place and get them to correct my order. I will never order from this place again.

Visited the LaPlace location recently and left fully satisfied. The hot sausage blended really well with the hamburger patty and I’m usually the type who never gets pickles on my burger, but they were perfect. The mix of the hot sausage and the pickles gave it this sweet-and-spicy vibe that hit just right.
