This was our first time trying Burger Monger WesleyChapel, and we seen the sign stating it’s currently under new management.
The staff was very friendly, but service was a bit slow and felt unsteady during the ordering process. There seemed to be some confusion with communication, which may just be part of a transition period. Everyone was kind — it just didn’t feel fully dialed in yet.The dining area was also slightly dirtier than you’d want when sitting down to eat. There weren’t many people dining at the time, which made it more noticeable. It may have been an understaffing issue, but cleanliness is something that really impacts the overall experience.
One big disappointment was the Pepsi fountain machine being down. For a burger spot, having fountain soda available is key. They did offer tea and bottled drinks, but it just doesn’t hit the same as a fresh cola with a burger.
As for the food: my burger was very good. The crisp on the edges was perfect, and the inside was juicy and cooked well — exactly what you want. My girlfriend’s chicken sandwich was moist, but unfortunately it lacked flavor and tasted very plain. We also tried the mozzarella sticks which were very cold amd not vey good. Overall, it has potential, especially if management can tighten up operations, improve cleanliness, and get the drink situation resolved. We may give it another try once things feel more settled.

Everything was great. I crafted a bacon swiss cheeseburger with BBQ. Sweet potatoe fries with monger seasoning. The burger was well done, which was perfect. The meal was ready before I arrived shortly after placing online. Great meal, great service. Once home, I added pickles.

Upon walking in, the restaurant didn’t seem busy at all—just two other customers dining in and two workers alternating between taking orders and preparing food. I placed an order for two burgers and a kids burger, and it ended up taking close to 30 minutes, which felt surprisingly long given the semi fast food atmosphere and lack of customers.
The food itself was good, and the gentleman who brought it out was very kind and friendly, which I appreciated. However, it was uncomfortably warm inside, almost as if the A/C wasn’t running, which made the wait feel longer.
I used to frequent the Carrollwood location years ago and really enjoyed it. Back then, they offered more toppings to choose from, and the prices were more reasonable. It seems the menu has changed and prices have gone up quite a bit over the years.
Overall, decent food and kind service, but the long wait, warm dining area, and higher prices compared to the past left me a little underwhelmed.

First time here and we loved it. The customer service was excellent! The woman at the register (2/11/26 @ 3:30) was sooooo kind and just had an amazing warm energy to her!! Loved her. My burger was great! And my fries were amazing! The cheese sauce! Wow !! I can’t get enough of that cheese sauce. I Will be back for sure 🙂

We are from out of area and we were in the mood for affordable but delicious craft burgers. The reviews stated that they’ve improved in the past month so we decided to give it a shot. We went for a late lunch on Sunday around 3:30pm and there was no wait to order.
I would recommend you communicate with the staff. We ordered 3 burgers, two sides and a shake. Unfortunately a burger and a side of fries was overlooked. They were apologetic and offered two $5 cards to use the next time. Which if I get two separate meals from two different people I can use and redeem the price of my burger. The person who ordered their fries didn’t get them until after the burger was eaten. Another person didn’t get their burger until everyone else in the party had eaten.
That aside the food was delicious and fresh. The burgers are on the small side but very flavorful and filling. They are cooked medium which is to my liking. I would suggest skipping the onion rings as they weren’t that great. I prefer a thicker cut of onion and more flavor on the batter.
All in all it wasn’t a bad meal for $50 for a family of 3.

Excellent food, service, and music. I had the Steakhouse Monger with sweet potatoe fries. The burger was cooked to perfection. The fries were crispy and paired wonderfully with the Mango Habenero Ketchup. I washed it down with a fantastic strawberry lemonade. I highly recommend.
