My fiancee and I went to try the veggie monger and it was delicious. The staff was courteous and professional but the place seemed understaffed. After receiving our burgers, we waited more than 10 minutes to get our small order of fries and had to remind them that we never received them. Pretty aggravating. They gave us $5 off our next order to compensate… They were also behind on clearing and cleaning tables for new customers. I felt like it was a little pricey as well. Disappointing. 3/5

Hands down one of the best burgers I have ever eaten. Five Guys doesn’t compare. The management and employees are great and friendly, recently under new management and trying to grow their business. Maybe a tad pricey but if you want the best burger around you should check them out.

Fast food casual style restaurant. Lots of tvs everywhere. Burgers, dogs, fries, and shakes sums up the menu with a build your own approach. The burgers are really solid, better than 5 guys. Hot dogs are really good too. Both buns are buttered and grilled. The fries are fresh and very tasty. I got a spicy cheese sauce which I though was watery tasty and not very good at all but aside from that everything else was delicious. They have 3/4 different iced teas to choose from. After reading the reviews I just had to try this place thinking how did I miss this place unfortunately for me the problem started with my order and just went down hill from there. I order the Double Monger 9.99 fries 2.99 and a drink for 2.39 plus added extra cheese 1.18 ok for all that came to 17.71 and I left a tip. I have to say for that kinda of money for one person that is crazy let start out with they mess up my burger big time I wanted no lettuce no tomato no pickle no onion and for some reason they added all that and sauteed mushrooms which was not what I order. The bad part is they bring out your fries before the burger which where are soggy by the way I stop eating those right away then what they did shocked me they must have taken the mushrooms off with a knife because I could taste the sauteed mushrooms on the top patty. I can say the meat was nothing special I think for me Burger 21 or Square one or even new Ford place rocks there meat had some taste this meat just did not taste as fresh as other places I have been to.

Excellent tasting burgers with a fair number of draft beer. The burgers taste at the same level as a $20+ burger, but priced at the level of Five Guys Burgers. Definitely my favorite burger place!

I find the food is consistently good. They do make mistakes with orders, but I can overlook that and have learned to check my order. I will not attempt to discredit the other reviewer about problems with bugs and food preparation. I will only speak to my observations this evening. I watched the cook change gloves frequently; between orders, when he walked to another part of the kitchen and when grabbing items from the refrigerator. I did not witness any bugs and the restaurant overall appeared clean. The kitchen from what I could see was tidy.
If the other comment is true, I am sure the establishment will use it as a warning to make sure they keep their reputation as a good quality well prepared burger.

I came by to pick up lunch on a Friday afternoon. Ordered a burger w/ pepperjack cheese, onions, and fries to go. I sat and waited for 30 minutes before they apparently realized that they lost my order. They quickly brought a bag with a burger and fries to me. Unfortunately it turned out to be the wrong order, which I didn’t discover until I got home. They apparently thought it would be ok to just give me whatever burger was ready at the time. This one had cucumbers and mushrooms (blech!). I’m sure that some other poor schmuck with bad taste in burgers is still waiting for his order right now.
Here’s a lesson for burger joints. If your menu is too big to fit on an index card, you’re just hiding something. It’s too bad. This place seemed to have some potential. But you’re better off going to Five Guys. At least until In N Out Burger decides to come to the southeast.
