Decent burger restaurant that uses fresh ingredients for a good value. They have a good variety of different burgers, and the staff are very friendly and helpful in a clean environment. Only complaint is that the patty and fries has no seasoning whatsoever. The salt level was undefined since there was no salt at all.

This was my first time at Burger lounge so I tried the original burger, which was very good, I suggest you get it if you haven’t. I also tried the crispy chicken sandwich, which is not as good as the burger. The chicken was a little bit dry and wanting of something more maybe sauce or maybe lettuce I’m not sure. But as far as the restaurant itself goes, it’s well managed and clean and the Atmosphere is happy and makes you want to come back.

I recently had a fantastic meal at Burger Lounge and was thoroughly impressed. I ordered the turkey burger, which was a real standout. The meal came with a side of fries that were fresh and perfectly cooked. I also ordered an iced tea, which was great on a warm day, and I appreciated the free refills. Everything tasted fresh and delicious.

The burger was fine except for all that bone I had in the second bite… YUCK!!! The half and half fries and onion rings came out on the verge of cold. Again YUCK!!!! They fixed fries and onion rings but I just can’t go there again. There were a few other complaints from other people asking for money back.
We also came here a few weeks ago and it was such chaos and people complaining that we just walked out before ordering. We did not want to be a part of that.
Unfortunately we could not think of another sit down hamburger place near Costco and so we tried it again. I just can’t come here anymore. Did not make me feel good afterwards.

We have stopped by at this particular location thinking that we will have a great experience, because we have had a bad experience before at the different location.
We have ordered our food and drinks, when it came to paying we were disappointed to find out that the gift card ( issued by customer service) for our previous bad experience did not have any funds on it.
It was a ridiculous and bizarre situation that we cannot believe how incompetent their customer service is, so disappointed about today’s situation, instead of fixing their previous bad experience, now they made it even worse.
The food was great and the restaurant was clean and inviting.
The real shame is that this company has such a great product, but they don’t know how to conduct business. I have even spoke with the district manager and he is exactly the same, no business sense whatsoever.
We will not be coming back, so disappointed again.

I’ve never ever been charged to make substitutions, but they are greedy here and nickel and dime you. It’s very understandable if I wanted to add cheese, or bacon, or avocado to a burger that doesn’t come with any of those, but I was being charged 80 cents to add some pickles and raw onions to my burger — very traditional items on burgers…. been there many times, today they lost a customer

I ate a “California Burger Lounge” with lettuces raps and fresh veggies and good cooked patties but there is missing avocado and a regular size of fries was very tiny amount. Asking about avocado to a clerk and she brought a very small amount of mashed avocado. After eating I saw a hair inside of the bowl and felt soooooooooooo~~~ disgusting!!! I told about it and gave that bowl to her but she didn’t even apologize. I don’t want to go again.

My first and last time here!! Just picked up a burger with avocado bacon and fries. The burger tasted oily and patty was black, no taste. Looked like it’s been sitting on their grill corner for a while. There was some smashed avocado added with a piece of bacon, nothing else. Fries tasted old, seemed to be reheated. Horrible experience.
