We came to eat at 8:30 pm, and the staff member asked us to leave so she could start cleaning. She kept staring at us and sighing, clearly waiting for us to go, even though the fast food restaurant closes at 11 pm.
She sighs every time customers arrive, and she even refused some people who wanted to dine in at 9:20 pm. Because of her attitude and the fact that cleaning starts so early, some customers even think the restaurant is already closed. She is clearly driving customers away.
I find this unacceptable. Cleaning can be done little by little, like in any fast food place open to the public.
She kept sighing when we refused to leave since we hadn’t finished eating.
This is the WORST fast food experience of my life.
AVOID THIS PLACE!!!

Was waiting for my flight and my phone to charge at the high stool table. Ordered a burger and took a quick nap while waiting. Lots of tables were empty. Not sure why the staff knocked on my table to wake me up and said “no sleep”? When I am a customer and there were literally many empty tables for people to sit at. Burger King may I know what is wrong??? As I was not there not for long to be inconsiderate.

Dear Burger King Malaysia,

I would like to lodge a formal complaint regarding my unpleasant experience at the Burger King outlet located inside the KLIA2 boarding area.

When I wanted to order food at the counter, there was no staff attending. I then proceeded to use the self-ordering machine, but there were no order number slips available. I selected the “Counter Cash Payment” option and went to the counter.

I informed the staff member, SIVAPRIYA, that I wanted to make payment. She simply told me to “wait.” I waited for almost 15 minutes, and when I asked her how much longer it would take, she repeatedly responded, “Can you wait?” three times. When I asked whether my order would not enter the system without payment, she confirmed, “Yes.”

If the order cannot be processed without payment, why did she not assist me with the payment immediately? I requested to speak with a manager, and about one minute later, a male manager came out and processed my payment. Only then did he inform me that cash payment was not available, and I needed to reorder at the machine again.

Do you know how much of my time was wasted due to this poor handling? Staff member SIVAPRIYA displayed a very bad attitude, looked completely uninterested in her job, and treated other customers without a smile as well. The male manager also showed no sincerity and offered no apology for their behavior.

I sincerely urge Burger King Malaysia to take this matter seriously and provide me with an explanation.

Yeah, the Whopper Junior is way smaller than I expected—like, barely a snack! I ordered it at the kiosk and was shocked when it showed up so tiny. Lesson learned: next time, I’m sticking with the regular Whopper or asking the staff for a better pick. At least the service was great, though!

Burger King (Kuala Lumpur International Airport) is a nice place for a quick meal.
the familiar menu of flame-grilled burgers, fries, and soft drinks, noting its convenience for a quick meal while on the go. The location within the airport is often seen as a plus. However, like many airport eateries, it can be pricier than standalone locations, and service can be slow during peak hours. There are issues with cleanliness, the table was not getting cleaned in a timely manner. Overall, it’s a reliable option for a fast food fix if you’re in transit.

Had a quick meal with my friends at Burger King in KLIA2 and really enjoyed it! The Whopper was juicy, the golden chicken nuggets were crispy, and the cheese fries were super tasty. Great food and fast service — perfect before our flight!

Having the Whopper Burger again felt like a nostalgic trip—it tasted exactly the same as the one I had a few years back in Pakistan before it was completely shut down there. It’s still my all-time favorite burger, and pairing it with crispy onion rings really enhanced the overall flavor. The seating at the domestic terminal was surprisingly good, clean, and comfortable, making the experience even better. If you’re traveling and craving a classic, juicy Whopper with cheese, this is hands down the best food option to go for at the terminal.

I’d like to share a racist incident I come across at KL airport. Right after I ordered food today at Burger King Terminal 2 ( before security check) and sat down with my mum, a Malay staff member came over and asked me to move my carry on suitcase outside of the restaurant. She emphasised that it was a trolley free zone which I fully understood. The problem was that there were many other trolleys left in the restaurant, and she specifically targeted me. The most ridiculous point is that my small suitcase was clearly not a trolley and had been fully stowed under the table, not blocking the pathway at all. I instantly felt I was experiencing a racist incident. I responded by asking why she was ignoring the other trolleys but only focusing on me (especially since my suitcase was not a trolley). While some other customers then moved their trolleys outside after seeing this, others did not. Despite Malaysia’s many breathtaking natural attractions and rich heritage, encountering such treatment as a tourist is deeply disappointing. If this is how Malaysia is presented to the world, I wouldn’t have chosen to visit.

Having a Burger King in airport premises is great.
The variety of choices is limited.
Service is fine and prompt.
They give the buzzer, and the waiting period to get the food is not much.
The taste is acceptable. I liked the onion rings, but quantity is measured.
The payment can be made by cash, card, or QR mode.
Seating arrangement is limited by putting ribbon barricades.
For a meal on the move, it’s pretty decent.
