The place is quite large and comfortable, and it’s close to Rialto. The food is decent — typical fast food, of course. Sometimes the bathroom isn’t very clean. The staff can be friendly, helpful, and smiling, like the girl at the counter this afternoon, but sometimes rude and unfriendly, like the guy handing out the orders to whom I asked for a Coke without ice, as shown in the order — but I was completely ignored (and it’s not the first time)

Stopped by this Burger King in Venezia when I needed something fast and familiar — and it hit the spot! The burgers and fries tasted just like back home, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver on a hot day.
The place was clean, and the service was pretty quick, even though it was a bit crowded with tourists. Prices are a little higher than usual, but that’s Venice for you.
Not the most “Venetian” meal, but if you’re craving something easy and reliable, this is a solid stop.

We accidentally deleted the items instead of adding them, and then we asked if they could add them again. Not only did they agree, but they also gave us one new order

The taste was good, however, the size is pretty small (but if you want to eat a lot, you can pay ofc) . Also, the employee didn’t speak english, so I don’t recommend to international tourists.

The only that is really good in this store is the manager. That guy did almost everything. He served the people, he welcomed the people with a smile and did everything he could to make you feel good. The other employees where really slow, as they did not like where they worked. The food was sloppy and didn’t feel like burger king. Maybe if the manager changes all the employees with better ones, he could have 3 times more customers.

I am a Glovo rider, and I want to give a big shout-out to Martina and Chiara, the girls working at Burger King. Whenever they’re on shift, they prepare orders super fast and always with a great attitude. They are truly the best—efficient, reliable, and always helpful. Shout out to the door man! They were so inviting and provided great kind service which is very rare in a North American BK. Of Course the food is just fast food Burger King but the staff here really made it a fun experience lol. 9.5/10.

The Burgerking was extremely dirty, almost disgusting. Not sure if they even clean. Trash was everywhere.
It was extremely slow, at one point we thought that they even lost our order (there was nothing going on in the Burger King and pretty much no one was there).
