What can I say? Love luv their flamed broiled burgers! DDash Delivery, came on time, nicely packaged, & food was warm enough. Tried one of their BK Melts! Loved that! Would give them a 5-star if they weren’t so petty about charging $0.20 for extra onion for NO slippery wilty tomato on my Whopper. Fair swap, right? Extra $0.20 charge. Petty!

We were here to try the long cheese burger. It was not bad. However, I felt a bit disturbed during my time dining in that evening.
I saw a middle-aged Chinese man came in and bought something. Then he checked the order and showed something in the bag to the server. Apparently, his ability to communicate in English was limited to convey exactly what he wanted to say. No one worked that evening was Chinese, so it made the communication challenging.
If I had to make an educational guess, the man was given something not what he wanted to order. It was because one of the worker kept yelling at him something like this was what you ordered, no, you had to go.
I did not understand why it was such a big deal to make a scene. When I started to think i should go forward and help, the man left with frustration.
All food we ordered was okay, I would come back if I did not witness this experience.

We got stuck in the drive thru for a whopping 35 minutes at 11:15pm. There were food delivery drivers parking their cars and walking up to the drive thru and the line was only 8 cars deep but it took forever to order and receive food. The seating area was not open. This place has always been slow on service but this was next level slow. The franchise should be reviewed again.. this place was previously shutdown by VCH for failing inspection. Looks like the owner and staff haven’t figured out how to represent the brand yet.

Although it’s a fast food restaurant, I love this specific Burger King location. I tried their limited time only Chicken Fries with the Ghost Pepper Ranch Dip – which was absolutely delicious.
I love how big their parking lot is, you can just go through the drive through, park and eat. It’s a great place to visit when it’s late at night and you’re craving food

Disappointed. Came to get two meals. One Double Roasted Garlic King sandwich, medium fries, coke, and Crispy chicken sandwich, large onion rings with coke, and popcorn. Spent $40 for all that. Price isn’t what I’m complaining about, although they could make it not $40 for two meals. Anyway, while the crispy chicken and onion rings were really good we were extremely disappointed to see the boring and plain looking double roasted garlic king. No onions. No roasted garlic. Just two beef stacked and cheese at the very top. It made us feel nauseous after finishing it. It was not at all what the pictures on their website/menu showed. The fries and chicken popcorn were dry and didn’t taste good at all. Burger King is always a hit or miss.

Took over 20 minutes for breakfast and wasn’t even busy. Just understaffed.
In the meantime one of the workers was in and out of the dining room talking though AirPods only in half uniform. Likely on break just trying to help out to be honest. This worker was nice and polite when dealing with me. But it’s a bad look.
I did not see one hand washing in the 20 minutes I was there. Touching doors and tills etc.
the staff conversed in a language other than English or French almost exclusively.
For $6 for 2 breakfast sandwiches you can’t expect much (which did end up tasting okay and were served hot), but I wouldn’t go back to this location if someone paid me to.

The server was extremely impatient and rude. It felt like she had a specific prejudice against Asian tourists. Very unwelcoming and unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend this location if you’re looking for decent service.

This location often doesn’t have the advertised toys, the coffee isn’t warm, and the ice machine is frequently broken. They claim to be 24-hour dine-in, yet we were asked to leave right after sitting down with no notice. They also don’t have Wi-Fi. Overall, disappointing experience.

Cashier/server is pleasant., kind and welcoming., food is great though size has shrunk down due to inflation we had classic burger grilled the same as usual, area ambiance is very nice enough/clean enough., nice place to eat in unlike other sites… thank u very much..
