Food was alright. Haven’t been to a burger king in over a decade. It came pretty quick but I was one of 3 people in the restaurant.
I noticed that the location manager and someone I can only imagine was another manager were standing in front of the counter watching the employees and talking amongst themselves.
The whole time they were chatting about how the employees were working I couldnt find a single clean table. All the tables were covered in scraps and the floors were unswept.
A manager should be leading by example and cleaning while the employees are busting ass to get orders done. Not standing around chatting.

Girl @ counter was nice, fries cold as… did they get they out of the freezer? Burger, swear to god four pieces of lettuce largest was size of a quarter others where about the size of a nickel… burger was room temperature… HOW…. service a mouth ago was good, food good. :(… but hay it’s decorated nice inside….

I’ve been to Burger King places that used poor quality buns that easily fall apart. They served stale, cold fries and overcooked the meat leaving it tough, and dry.
This location has never dipped in quality of food or service!

Had a friend to pick up my meal, got it back to the house, and there were jalapeños and other things that I did not order. Manager answer the phone and said I was being hostile to him when I was clearly upset about the order. He explained that they are training a bunch of people and mistakes happen. Offered to replace my burger, but I had to come down and get it. make sure you double check the order especially when they’re training a bunch of people because they ain’t gonna be watching them to make sure that they’re doing it correctly.
PS my friend who had the receipt had to go back and get my burger remade they made it wrong again this time it had no vegetables on it at all even though I wanted lettuce, and tomato and asked for it specifically again.
Once again, this place will never make anything correctly. And they will not monitor even a screwed up order to make sure they absolutely get it right.

The usual people I see working there weren’t working there tonight so I expected some flaws, like being charged for condiments and NOT receiving, that was annoying, what was MORE annoying was paying for TWO chicken sandwiches yet was only given ONE. Disappointing…

I had to come to the Northern Lights location cause Dimond location was out of a lot of stuff THIS and LAST week + Dimond messed up my order horribly and when I called to complain cause it was HORRIBLY MESSED UP I WAS IN THE DRIVE THROUGH OVER 45 MIN. AND DIDNT GET 1.5 MEALS I PAID FOR they’ve made no attempts to rectify their error at all. I will only go to the N.L. location from this last two time forward.

Made an online order at dinner time. I ordered a chicken sandwich no mayo no lettuce add cheese which I was charged for upon returning home. The chicken sandwich had mayo no lettuce and no cheese. I can’t order from this fast food place again.
