I had to come to the Northern Lights location cause Dimond location was out of a lot of stuff THIS and LAST week + Dimond messed up my order horribly and when I called to complain cause it was HORRIBLY MESSED UP I WAS IN THE DRIVE THROUGH OVER 45 MIN. AND DIDNT GET 1.5 MEALS I PAID FOR they’ve made no attempts to rectify their error at all. I will only go to the N.L. location from this last two time forward.

I like the breakfast burrito from Burger King but in Alaska the don’t make them the way the restaurant wants them made. They’re suppose to have sausage and bacon on them but to turn more profit these restaurants skip the sausage and charge the same. Some cooks will read the ticket if you ask for it and give sausage without bacon.

I thought this restaurant was going to be cool but I quickly learned otherwise fairly quickly. After ordering our food, my girlfriend and I used the ladies room to wash up before our meal. Since I was the last one out, I came out to over hear the employees gathered around the front doors snickering and laughing loud to one another about my friend who walked out of the bathroom trailing toilet paper on her shoe unbeknownst to her. Not realizing yet every thing that they said and did had been watched by me until the last second and they noticed me as I strolled past them. To make matters worse, while cleaning up our table before sitting down with some antibacterial wipes I came across a freaking BEDBUG in our booth!! Before we sat down again, I made sure everything was bedbug free. After eating and finishing our meal, we then felt like we were rushed out of the building. And this was approximately 5-6pm. They were still open for sure. Or should have been. Probably will be sticking to the drive thru.

Thank you so much for being a play place option in Anchorage! There are almost no others. Also, staff is SO friendly, even when one of kids spilled a HUGE soda and they had to mop it up (I’m so sorry!) they were so sweet about it. Food came out fast & hot. I know it’s hard to find employees, even bad ones, so these ones are golden.
