Walked in and got a smell of fresh fries and patties I was greeted by a very nice, handsome, well suited man named cesar. After ordering my whopper and halfsies I sat down in a very sanitized and cleaned seat next to a perfect view of the outside. I was given my order and when I said thank you the nice man said “my pleasure!” I have never had a greater experience at a Burger King in my life. Props to that nice gentlemen cesar!

Came in at 3:00 on a Friday and there was nobody at the registers, and the cleaning stuff was laying around the restaurant. I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich as a meal. The fries were very old, and the sandwich was coated with way too much mayo and tasted horrible. The coating tasted like a crap dusting from a Doritos, and it was far from crispy. This place needs real management to get it back in shape, or sell it to another franchise. The picture is the shredded lettuce… One giant chunk.

At first the floor looked clean but closer look showed it was not clean either .

I was hoping for a amount of customer curtesy. You won’t get it here. My burger was not made correctly at the BK near my home. 2 mikes down the road I realize this. To late to turn back I was hoping that they would be willing to remake this at the BK in King City near my work. I know they didn’t mess it up but they share some small measure obligation, to correct for a sister store. Manger named Ana said she wouldn’t allow remake it with receipt and sandwich. So I have to buy another burger Burger King, which leaves a very dissatisfied customer with the whole BK chain.

Ordered a burger without buns because of gluten. We’re not celiac, and we were just traveling through and trying to get back on the road). Came in a tray and looked like something you’d see if you dropped your burger on the floor. My wife asked why there was trash in the bag. Also got kids meals and asked for the toy. No indication they had no toys. They gave us cookies instead and asked if that was ok. Again, gluten free? So, we get that they are limited on gluten free, but the touch screen doesn’t let you ask questions. Oh, and one of the touch screens was broke, so we spent ten minutes just trying to order and having it freeze.

2 stars at best. Staff took every shortcut they could to do the least amount of work themselves. All the tables were dirty. And a guy asked me for money inside while I was eating at a table…..staff did not do anything.
