Popped in after a long drive from Yellowstone.
So no drive thru. Wanted to stretch out legs.
Service was great. Even though was the only customer and greeted right away.
Ask the crew were just great. I noticed the comrade among them.
Food was good.
Restaurant was clean, and you can tell the pride they had to keep it that way.

I have been going to this location since 1999. They remodeled it probably 20 years ago, and again not too long ago. Both times the restaurant shrank in area. You want cheese on that?
They used to be open on weekends, but are closed on Sundays and they’ve been cutting their operating hours. You want cheese on that?
I’ve never really had issues with the food, it’s good for a BK. In 1999, you could get a #1 Whopper meal for $2.99. I believe it’s about $11 now, but adjusted for Inflation, it should be $5.77 (DEC 2025). Meaning? BK charges almost twice what it used to, even factoring for inflation. You want cheese on that?
Service has been good, though. I wish management didn’t force the workers to upsell you on cheese, though. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I swear if you just bought a single diet Coke, they would ask if you wanted cheese on it.
This place has really gone downhill in 25 years. Kind of like the base (no more bowling alley, terrible food court, skyrocketing lodging rates, remove a road or two here and there, no more furniture store, tearing down buildings constantly). Getting less, paying a lot more. Sums up this location and Fairchild AFB.

The food is pricey, but pretty good overall, definitely does need a little more love, staff can sometimes be on edge but I love this little place.

Friendly service and usually very quiet. The food is typical fast food but that does the trick when you are in a hurry. There are only a few other fast food places on the base. The facility is clean and well maintained.

Kid at the drive thru was rude. Yelled through the speaker “Who is in the drive thru!?” and proceeded to tell me they were closed 45 minutes before their listed closing time. As if the food wasn’t bad enough.

New store on Sprague in the Valley was just okay. New store same quality, which isn’t all that. I eat at the Burger King on Fairchild AFB. The quality of food is top notch. Fresh and the sandwiches are loaded like they should. Whoppers are my fav. I thank the employees for such good service.

For a Burger King, it’s good. The only problem I’ve had was with the chicken patties in their sandwiches are sometimes tough and gross, and the fries are sometimes oversalted. I usually am really happy with their burgers though, and the staff is friendly.

Drive through wait times are absolutely ridiculous. People wait over 3 minutes sitting directly at the ordering box for someone to take their order. Meanwhile there are no cars in front of them.

Fast service but they always forget the sauce when you order chicken fries or nuggets… Just check your order every time and there shouldn’t be issues
