My daughter got head lice right after we ate at this establishment. When I got home my daughter said her head was itchy so I, being a good mother, checked her and turned out the lice was from a disposable Burger King crown. Very unhygienic, seeing that the place had ok reviews. I would just like to enform everyone reading this that this is not a good place if you don’t want to get head lice.

The service was great. The food was ok, it’s usually better. It was a little cold and dry but still a tasty whopper. The tables were clear but a little dirty.

Ordered our food then they said they would bring us our food to play area. So we were given receipt and drink cups. We went to play area and waited and waited. And finally after 45 minutes I went up front and asked if they knew where my order was and she a different gal said she’d look and then bring it out to me. So I got our drinks and went back to play area a few seconds later here she comes with our food explaining it had been under the warmer for some time the guy didn’t bring it out to us. I was so upset so we got old food because there customer service sucks. Yeah not happy with the burger king on 1st st. Next to home depot the bigger guy with dark hair behind the counter shouldn’t say he’ll bring it to you if he won’t. Very rude!!! At least my grandson had a fun time playing the chicken strips were so over cooked he wouldn’t eat them. So they are gonna be dogs treats but all in all at least he got to have fun playing. And the gal was super sweet and helped us find the food and got it to us finally. Thank you Hilda you are amazing. Hope they know how sweet and kind you are. Great customer service skills too. If it wasn’t for her I would have asked for my money back and left. But her smile made me feel like ( just shut up and eat the old food) so I did it wasn’t her fault it was the guys! Ugh…

Me and my buddy came here for food. It took 3 minutes for someone to help us with our order, we waited 15 minutes when there was nobody here, our food was poorly made, meaning we ordered classic wraps and they weren’t even folded, just put in a bag and sent out. Would not recommend to others when it comes to service.

I went through the drive-thru and ordered what ended up being one of the messiest Burgers I’ve ever had. Not really complaining about that it was super delicious. But after making a huge mess I looked in my bag and what did they give me? 64 packets of ketchup (slight exaggeration) that I did not ask for or use and absolutely no napkins. I’m sorry I didn’t realize you needed to ask for napkins at this place it’s just a given EVERYWHERE ELSE!

Hey, I’m 72 years old and I was never greeted so enthusiastically in any restaurant in my life like this. The manager, Robert poured on charm like a man announcing royalty, even stating the address of this Burger KING. My husband agreed. Robert is a STAR!

Robert did such an APEX job today!!
I walked in with my son today at Burger King and Robert I believe is the manager asked every single parent in the play area how many kids they had with them as he was cleaning the environment so he can come back with enough crowns for each kid .
The smile on every kids face was priceless when Robert came back and they even stood in a single file line for the crowns as he handed them out.
That’s really unseen in establishment today
I feel & to be Frank…that was the first time I’ve ever experienced that.
I will definitely be returning to this location over others. Thank you for the experience and allowing these such small memories last for the kids for a life time. Keep up the great work!
