I have been making this my drive through stop before I go to my night shift job. I order one Whopper with Cheese, and I’ve gotten them fresh and delicious every time. The service has been friendly. But tonight when I ordered my Whopper, and after saying thank you to the customer service person, they told me to pull forward to the window. I did not move forward right away because I was trying to get my wallet from my back pocket. I then heard the server say over the speaker, “Just go away,” in an irritated voice. I don’t know if it was directed at me or if they forgot to turn off their mic, but that was a little unnerving to hear. I still like your burgers though.

Good food but the place inside is ALWAYS a disaster and tables are always super messy, and kids are pretty much always *screaming* in the toy area. Not loud kid playing, being wild and rambunctious; but I’m talking those bad kids that just like to scream high pitched to hear themselves and irritate people because they think it’s funny, those kind of kids. If you wanna let your kids go nuts like jungle heathens and eat some good food, then totally go inside! otherwise just stick to the drive thru, but still don’t go thru that expecting “fast” food pace. That always takes forever too either way, no matter the time of day or day of the week, but the food is always solid! Also highly suggest the ice cream cone, they stack that thing so high

Bathrooms wrecked. 3 sandwiches took 20 minutes. They were cleaning their station and had to be alerted they had an order. So much for fast food.

My husband and I went in and ordered our food to eat inside. When we went to get our sodas, there were hardly any lids, and those that were there were all over the place. We proceeded to try to locate a table that was clean, but discovered that all of the tables were dirty, a few had trays with food still on them, the garbage was overflowing, and the floors probably had not been swept all day. Honestly, it was very disgusting.

I tried calling to get in contact with the manager and the district manager last week because my son and husband both got sick after eating chicken fries from here. Getting in touch with the manager was ridiculously difficult, I called approximately 34 times before the store finally answered. I let them know the situation, and I requested to speak with the district manager regarding this issue. I was told that I would get a call from them within a week. It has now been 1 and a half weeks and no call. They clearly do not take food quality complaints seriously.

It was over 2 mins before anyone ever said anything through the speaker in the drive through, and about 15 minutes before we had placed our order and got our food, 2 burgers. When we got to the window two associates were joking with each other, finishing their conversation before telling us our total and taking our payment. Worst drive through experience at this location yet. One burger was missing the condiments and the other was very over salted. Also, by giving a “duplicate” receipt we can’t do the survey!

This burger king is pretty standard. It can be a little slow to get through the drive-thru, so if you’re in a hurry keep that in mind. But the food is pretty decent for burger king. We go there every once in awhile when the craving hits hard.

Wow, I have a bad impression that this place is very dirty and in very bad condition. Everything is dirty, there is a lot of food thrown around.
The floor is black, the tables are dirty, there is food everywhere. The trash cans are full of garbage. It is sad to see the poor attention they give and the bad service.
