This place is so gross. I dont know why folks order from here. There is a gal there w blue hair, she’s very nice, u could do better friend. She is a little rough but is always kind and helpful. Always joking w staff. I do uber eats, and this place is disgusting. Hope the owner sees this post. Pop in some random night, check it out. Your gal w blue hair is amazing I hope she sees this post and takes her skills else where, you deserve better then Burger King!

Wish I could give zero, was an employee but was bullied and treated like garbage. A couple of managers wanted to help me but there is some favoritism with the general manager and two employees. Hopefully things get better with the new GM but I’d be careful going there.

They would not provide a cup for water without charging for a soda. I have always been able to get a complimentary cup for water. What was worse was that the trays were so gummy and greasy that you had to clean your hands after taking your tray to the table.

Came here for breakfast at 945. Apparently they had already ended biscuits for the day. Didn’t tell me when I ordered. Also didn’t say anything when they realized I would have to substitute. Instead they made me wait while they decided I should have a croissant. Their croissants are wretched so they should have asked. Instead they wasted my time and assumed I’d be ok with a change. I took my refund and left. I like burger kings biscuits but that’s really the only product they make that’s particularly good.

This place is very dirty all the time floors bathroom tables.. it’s shame I have went few times for grandkids during days is too hot outside for them to play and have lunch but it’s awful

It was over 2 mins before anyone ever said anything through the speaker in the drive through, and about 15 minutes before we had placed our order and got our food, 2 burgers. When we got to the window two associates were joking with each other, finishing their conversation before telling us our total and taking our payment. Worst drive through experience at this location yet. One burger was missing the condiments and the other was very over salted. Also, by giving a “duplicate” receipt we can’t do the survey!

For the past 15 years this has been the worst BK within 100 miles. Constant turnover. No employees or managers ever know how to do their jobs. Constantly sending people on breaks when they’re busy. Can’t get right.
