I’ve been coming here once in a while for a few years and honestly the food and service were questionable a lot of the times. Today I came after not having been here for a while and everything was outstanding. Fast, friendly, and efficient service. Food was hot and fresh. Normal amount of sauces and napkins for what I ordered… definitely something a manager should be proud of

Every time I come here, they get my order wrong. It’s always correct on the receipt, but I’m basically given someone else’s entire order. Other than that, this place typically appears to be severely understaffed.. which makes service slow sometimes. However, me and my boyfriend love to eat-in, as it’s typically very clean, and they always have crowns on the tables! Whenever they do get my order right, the food is always hot and good.

I went thru drive thru waited so long to order than complete transaction. When I finally got the order this is what I got à squished old sandwich bread stuck to paper. Gross. Coffee cold and tots container not even full. I’m pulled over to take pic so sad how these food industries costs so much yet give less quality for it. I want my money back. Look at all the unhappy people below. I truly wonder if Burger King executives or owners of this store reads these. Don’t go staff looks tired and not happy…

It’s an average Burger King. Usually this one is better than the one on Oregon Way. There’s never anyone eating in the dining room. The drink machine has not been working right for a while. The coke, dr pepper etc taste off a little bit. The quality of the Burgers here are inconsistent. Not all the cooks here will put the same amount of toppings on them as the other. This time the burger was decent. Several tomatoes, 4 pickle slices, mayo and ketchup. The bun wasn’t even smashed like it usually is.
I ordered the Whopper sandwich.
I’ll only go here if I have a coupon from the sale circular paper. $13.99 for 2 Whopper meals, LG drink & fry.

Okay I must have gotten a good crew here this time.
I think there were 4 people in the kitchen two of them were doing orders and 2 of them were cooking. I took them a little bit to get to me but to be fair the drive-thru was super busy and there was only me in the dining room.
I asked for a Whopper meal deal, large, no onion extra mayo. And that’s exactly how it came and extra mayo. But usually I don’t get a good amount of lettuce and I only get one slice of tomato. This time was a nice pile of lettuce and two healthy slices of tomato. And the right amount of mayo. Not an ungodly goopy blob of mayo like the first time I came here. The fries were even done nicely fresh hot golden on the outside and crisp, fluffy on the inside.
Way to guys, that’s two times in a row you guys have been really good, for a Burger King.

Ordered my usual large Whopper meal deal.
The Whopper seemed to be fine. However the large fry left a lot to be desired. Not very full and the fries were undercooked. See pic . Seems to be a trend with fast food places these days. Undercooked pasty white fries in a not very full fry container . Disappointing and Gross.

Been there twice in a week..1st time they couldn’t process orders and the drive thru line was stuck for 30 min plus. Luckily i was in the back of the line but I had a online order so I went inside. The girl working didn’t acknowledge me for a couple min then says I can’t take your order because they can’t take money. Then i said I had a online order and she went ahead and was able to get me that.. the second time was Halloween night. Their system wouldn’t let you order thru the app. Had to go to a different one!

Haven’t eaten at Burger King in many years got a coupon at Fred Meyer‘s for a six dollar Burger King meal decided I’d give it a try. I went through the drive-through and I asked him if I could get a fresh burger instead of a microwave one they said no problem. They were really nice and they did it. I ate my burger and it was utterly disgusting. I don’t know what kind of meat they use, but it was horrible. The french fries were lackluster and the Coke was OK. I’m done with fast food. The quality of fast food has gotten so bad. The only place I ever eat at now is In-N-Out down by Ridgefield

This establishment was very clean, the food was superior to many other franchises I have visited and service was okay. It seems there aren’t many walk-ins because it took 5 minutes before me and two other customers were noticed and assisted! After our orders were taken, we all got our meals quickly!

at the order screen, I was told “I will be with you in a minute”. Two minutes later – “Sorry about the wait, what can I get you”. After ordering, went to the first window to pay. She was taking another order, then took my payment. I saw 2 other women in the back talking and not paying any attention to traffic. When I pulled up to the second window there was no one there. After about a minute the first window cashier came up to the second window. She saw someone in the dining room and went to the front counter to talk to them. She then returned to wait on the orders being cooked. After about one more minute my order came up. I was a quick service manager for 27 years, including 10 with Burger King. This is not what Burger King Corporate would be fine with. Five minute SOS at any time of the day is unacceptable. Perhaps some coaching on Customer Service and Speed of Service would be in line for this crew. Thank you.
