I stopped in for a Whopper, and honestly, it was one of the best-looking ones I’ve gotten from Burger King in a long time. The veggies were crisp, the burger was cooked perfectly, and the condiments were just right.
Unfortunately, the bun completely fell apart halfway through eating it. At that point, I felt like a caveman trying to wrestle my Whopper instead of enjoying it.
This would easily be a solid 4-star experience if the bun hadn’t disintegrated in my hands.

I stopped here to grab lunch for my kids and I. I ordered at the drive thru. The man who took my order was very professional with one hiccup when he accidentally went to the other lane at one point but got back to me to finish. He asked before handing over my bag if everything was there and was reassured it was. I made the mistake of trusting that because when I got home, I was missing one of my items. Now, I wasn’t angry or upset. These things happen. When I called, I expected them to say something to the effect of, “I’m sorry. We can have one ready for you the next time you come in or would you like a refund?” But that is not the reaction I got at all. What I got was, “well, I don’t know what you want. Its not like I’m going to deliver it to you”. That’s when I got a little angry, but I didn’t let it show. I remained polite. Even though it wasn’t my mistake and I hadn’t been rude. When I showed up a couple hours later, I was completely ignored at the counter. Until the man from the drive thru finally said, “someone will help you soon” even though it didn’t look like he was doing anything. They kept staring at me but no one was helping me. I was finally helped and finally got out of there but I’ll never go back. McDonald’s and Wendy’s are way better with service. I do not recommend this BK at all.

Left sitting in the drive thru for 10 min without a response and couldn’t back out. Drove forward and waited another 10 min to order. Person at window was exceptionally polite and brought over a manager. All I got was “we’re short staffed”, no apology, no offer to make up for it, just rudeness. Got our food, except they didn’t give us part of the order. Food was disgusting and inedible. Order was wrong. The fry container barely had fries. I apologized to the window person for being angry and I understood being short staffed. They were awesome. Manager not so much.

They’re out of milk which isn’t a problem. But apparently they cant do refunds in store… so I had to contact customer service and wait 48 hours for a response.
Also my daughter won’t drink coffee milk or juice. So they offered to exchange the milk for a water cup???? Aren’t those free?

I grew up a fan of Burger King but I’ve been here now three times and it’s been bad three times. Always a very excessive wait and we are only ordering a couple of woopers and fries. I tried going in this time and it took them a long time to even acknowledge my presence. Then they lost my order off the screen and I only found out after a person who came in 5 or ten minutes after me got their food. Again only getting woopers

SLOW, so slow, 10mins to order in the drive through and then another 20mins to get your food then it wasn’t even good. Luke warm and tasted like they microwaved it.
Lot of other options in town, this one should always be your last resort.

They let me wait 40 min since I finished ordering online for 1 Jr whopper and a cheese burger. I don’t know how they get the reward at this place but I’ll stop eating BK after this order! A rudest place to go.

Service was exceptional today! My kid dropped their SpongeBob frozen float. Totally my kids fault and without having to ask the manager with the white braids made another for my kid. The little things like that make this world a better place.

Best place to come to during evening hours, to hang out with friends or family members, lots of parking and the associates are very friendly, food is surprisingly cooked well compared to most of BK’s.

I really want to like this location but after THREE times with the same issues I cannot recommend it and won’t be going back. The drive through takes anywhere from 20 to 30 minutes with our last visit, Sunday August 31st, taking nearly 45 minutes. The walk in part of the restaurant was locked so we couldn’t go in. I don’t know what the issue is with this location, but they are always short handed and running very slow. Our fries were cold, the burgers had no meat, and the drinks were mostly ice with just a little pop. Instead of going back through the driver through and waiting another 45 minutes, I chose to just give them a review and warn others to stay away. I hate to lose a business in BG, but this one has to go if it can’t get it’s act together.
