Burger king about 2 to 3 times a month , I run the same thing from tacoma to grandmound on the I-5 freeway but tonight I stopped in red mound. Washington, and it not only took me 20 minutes to get my order, which was just a double cheeseburger and a junior chicken. After I left from waiting so long, my son said that his Chicken Sandwich was soggy and on top of that, my double cheeseburger, the top Patty was burnt, but the second Patty looked normal. But neither one of them felt hot enough. So I threw them away, cause I didn’t want to get some food born illness from them, not being cooked at proper temp. Everytimme i go to a Burger King restaurant, the food is so hot through the bag, I can barely hold it which is good this time it was lukewarm to the touch.I won’t be returning back to this place.It was about 804 is when I started my order , and I didn’t receive it until eight twenty three

I am starting to wonder if burger kings in particular hate me. I am here to doordash, 8:56, and the lobby is locked despite it being open until 10 as displayed out front. No staff is visible, but about 20 people stared at me as I tried to open the lobby. When I come around to the impossibly slow line, I am told there’s a party happening. Don’t you think a sign would be a good idea? Or any staff around to explain?

If I could put a 0 out of 5 I would…. Chicken burger looks like it was beaten, sprite tastes horrible, fries were meh could have been salted (oh well). More upset about the fact the chicken patty is tore up and that the sprite tastes like it’s 3 months old. Oh well can’t find good service anymore. Have a great day

I just left there and my order is wrong. 1st the guy that gave me my food didn’t say one word to me. When I got to my eating spot and looked at my order it was wrong. I received no sauce for my onion rings and my chicken sandwiches were supposed to have cheese and tomato. There were none. But I was charged for them. At least they didn’t mess up the chocolate pie, oh wait they are pre-made. What has happened to doing a good job.

I wish I knew her name, but she had short red hair and piercings. She was so sweet and gave my kids crowns and her customer service was SO wonderful. The food wasn’t great but it didn’t matter she made up for it. We ordered motz sticks and chicken fries.

Nice, new location. Tried the Impossible Whopper today. It was really good. I have also tried their mocha frappe and it is excellent. I’m not a coffee drinker and the coffee taste isn’t too strong.

Drive through order. Placed my order and waiting 10 minutes each for the 2 vehicle’s ahead of me to finish getting their orders. They were not busy at all. Max 15 customers inside and out. My food was cold, horrible, and wrong. Ordered a sausage crossan’wich, no egg. Instead I got no cheese.

I used the drive through late at night. I encountered 3 people – 1 took my order over the speaker, 1 took my money, and 1 gave me my food. I don’t expect much late night usually, but all 3 of these workers made my night. Each one took the time to answer questions, made polite conversation, and the food was piping hot and delicious. Extra points for remembering my dip sauce, napkins, and straw! Other locations i almost always have to ask for one or more of these.
