My husband and I came here at around 5ish and it was very busy. The two young girls were working hard and giving it there best, the service was great even under all that pressure! Give these poor girls a raise! We did wait awhile for the food but it was worth it one of the best whoppers I’ve had!!!

Last night we came for dinner love the remodel the customer service was great! friendly with a smile, food fresh and hot. Ice cream machine is working after being down for a while! And don’t forget to get a mini cone for free with a kids meal! (You have to ask for it) it made my kids very happy!

Sometimes i stop at this burger king later in the evenings i dont know why i keep giving this location chance after chance the food is always made incorrect or is old and even if no one is in the drive through line they make you pull around to the front in wich case you can almost guarantee old cold food. This sucks because the burgers from bk are usually great its the sides that are garbage people are great since the remodel mayb thats wut keeps me coming back despite the less than stellar food sometimes

Had the whopper that used to be a great burger. I was really disappointed to say the least. The burger was thin and undersized compared to bun. Not much flavor like it once was. Fries were better than I remember. The service was good for fast food. BK also does not force you to use a kiosk. They give you a code to type into the fountain machine. That was different.

I had an awesome experience at this Burger King thanks to Ana, the manager. She was super sweet, caring, and genuinely made our visit better. She even took the time to entertain my kids, which meant a lot, and her personality was just amazing overall. You don’t see that kind of customer service everywhere. Keep it up, Ana, you definitely deserve a raise!

I ordered a crispy onion Whopper with no pickles and a plain cheeseburger, no sauces no pickles just plain for my dog. I picked this up on the way home to eat later for my dinner. 1.5 hours later I arrived home, opened my food and found my “crispy onion” Whopper had zero crispy onions on it and had pickles on it which I absolutely hate. I tried picking them off but there is pickle juice all over the burger so I can still taste them. My “plain” cheeseburger had pickles mustard and ketchup which meant my dog didn’t get his burger and I got something I didn’t order. I hate pickles and only got this Burger because it was a crispy onion burger. I only eat one Burger per year and this was going to be it so thanks a lot Burger King
My dog didn’t get his burger, I didn’t get my burger. I only ate half of it because it was just a boring old hamburger that tasted like pickles. I’m so annoyed. There were only three items in my order and no one else was there, I don’t understand how you could get two out of three items wrong! Do better BK!!

Had an original chicken sandwich with heavy mayo and tomatoes. Was really good, nice and fresh, but the service was really bad. When I went inside to order, the lady at the front wouldn’t take my order at first. She was trying to force me to use the kiosk when both were already in use. I think her name was Cindy. She looked very unkept, her uniform didn’t looked washed and her hair was very messy. I also saw her yell at a young worker in the back and didn’t help her. I normally don’t complain, but that behavior was completely terrible.

Why cant a place that sells burgers & fries make a decent batch of French fries & get a request on one lousy burger right?! Soggy, limp, lukewarm fries are NOT what was ordered. MANAGER….test them for yourself & maybe adjust your frying schedule or SOMETHING! Get hearing aids for your employees (and some enthusiasm!)Yuck…I won’t be back to THIS Burger King!

I have been a long time customer at this location. On 12/06/25. I used the drive through to order it was dark outside i payed got my food pulled up opened the wrapping the chrispy chicken sandwich was soaked with sauace the wrapping was filled with excess sauace the condiments were not on the sandwich the drink was not what i ordered very poor service. I went inside and showed the managers what i had received they gave me a refund. I live local and I will not return to this location.
