Wow you can tell the employees just don’t care about customer service. The assistant manager had the most idgas attitude while taking orders through the drive through. It makes you wonder how well they treat the food they make you. Skip this location if you are looking for burgers.

Cant seem to order food cause no matter how many employees the manager always gives an excuse that they cant fill the order. This happened on three different occasions in the last and this week. So I guess durring construction you dont need the money. Manager.. I asked if they worked and was Told to leave the drive though. I’m done. Not the only game in town. Be sure to tell any on that will listen how poor your establishment is.

Mobile buyer beware! This location is often closed or unable to fulfill orders during regular business hours. The Burger King app unfortunately will still charge you for your order and the restaurant will appear to be open. It is only upon arrival that you were told that either the store is closed or they are unable to fulfill your order and there’s nothing they can do to refund your money. Happened to me this morning at 9:30 AM and sadly this is not the first time.

I was told to park because they were waiting for my onion rings. Not a problem I like fresh onion rings. They finally bring out my food. I get my bag, take off, reach my hand in the bag, and everything is cold. Not even lukewarm. And it has been cooked. Somebody was too lazy to grab the onion rings. I’ve worked at Burger king. I’ve worked short staff. We were never that bad. I literally threw them on the ground. I can eat almost anything and I threw those onion rings away. Which is the same as throwing money way. I guess they’re doing us a favor by helping us to lose weight by not giving us anything worth eating
