Usually pretty good. Got their Maple Bourbon BBQ Whopper and it was disappointing. Compared to what was shown it had barely anything in there. Maybe they messed up? Skip it and go with the regular whopper. It has more for what your paying for.
The location is pretty good, drive through can be slow bit for the most part they get things right.

If I would give negative stars I would! Stopped one night to get my son dinner and they forgot to put the double cheeseburger in the bag, I call and Julie realizes said oh sorry you can come back, um dinner is already ruined for my son and I am not driving 20 miles for a burger was told ok u will put your name in the book. So tonight we stopped to get the burger and some lady without a name tag came to the register not happy or apologetic at all says well it’s only up to 3 weeks! Julie did not say a time frame when to stop in, but whoever this lady was ended up being rude so yeah I was right back. Don’t point to a notebook saying it’s only 3 weeks not buying that crap. Told her it was a double cheeseburger meal as a courtesy since I had to come back I would like the meal she rudely points to the book and says it’s only the burger because that’s what was written. Never returning and will tell everyone about the lack of customer service! Not my fault your employees can’t read an order and make sure it’s in the bag! Way overpriced anyways

My poor baby boy has been sick for the last 5 days and has not wanted to eat much of anything. And today when he asked for French toast sticks. It was past the breakfast time at Burger King.But they were still willing to make it for him. And I am so grateful for this location.The food is always hot and fresh.The staff is always so friendly.

The absolute slowest so called “Fast Food” place in Bonney Lake. Pulled up to the drive through order screen. The worker came over the speaker and said one moment. Then 15 minutes later “Can I take your order”. I would have already pulled off but of course someone was behind me so I was stuck in their dreaded line. The I waited in line for another 20 mins to get to the window to pay and receive my food. Fries not fresh, soda watered down and the wrong burger. I’m done with Burger King; they will no longer get my business.

Had some family friends over so decided order BK to keep it easy. Halfway through eating the triple Texas whopper meal there were two long strands of hair in the burger. We definitely lost our appetite after we found there to be hair. Definitely using this as a sign to cook when having guests over instead.

Food is always wrong. 3 trys we gave up. You order it “your way” and she refused to put on order receipt and didnt tell those in the back. Look on managers face tells you that you are not welcome and an inconvenience to her. Food was cold and soggy. People had their dog which was not a service dog sitting at the booth and eating fries off the table. I’ll be reporting that. They never come out and wash the tables. So how nice for the next people sitting there with dog drool all over.

I ordered a bacon king with my wifes meal. They tried giving us my wifes food and not my $10 bacon king. I called them out so they gave me my burger. We got to the house to eat and I realized they didn’t make my burger how I asked. I tried to call 5 times with no answer. Next I went on to burger kings website to get it fixed but couldn’t do that either since they require a receipt to verify the order and wierd they didn’t give us one. So if you are going to burger king in bonney lake. Good luck!!!!!

Worst burger king I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been to a lot. Ordered on the app and then waited over 30 minutes in the drive through with only a few cars in front. It was not that busy. Watched several cars behind us make the wise decision of turning around before getting trapped in the loop. Appeared fully staffed. 30 minutes for less than 5 cars is ridiculous for “fast” food.

This Burger King is a joke. 3 people standing around 2 working in the back and they can’t even get the order correct. 2nd time I ordered this week and they are missing an item on each order. You would think with all the bad reviews about the service that the franchise owner would do something.

Came here this evening for a quick bite for the kids and I and luckily there was no line. It did take a while to order but the cashier taking our order was very nice. After ordering, it seemed like there was only the cashier and one other person working. It did take a while to receive our food in the drive through, but I’m giving a five star review because Quinton the cashier was very friendly and apologetic about the wait. My husband and I were understanding as it’s not his fault if they are understaffed. You could tell he was doing the best he could. He also included three complimentary dessert pies and that was super nice. And lastly, he actually ran out of BK and waved us down as we were driving away because we got distracted by our kids and nearly drove off without half our food. So we definitely appreciated Quinton and his friendly attitude despite seeing how stressful it must be taking all that on. If you do go, try and be patient and remember they are doing the best they can. Also, the food we got was very good and made well!
