Hate to add to the negative reviews because sometimes it’s good. Decided to try the new wraps. I don’t think anyone knew how to make them. I ordered via the app ahead of time and still waited 5 min at the pick up window. The food I got looked nothing like what is advertised. I received a quarter of a chicken strip. It was clearly cut up.

I gave 2 stars cause they cooked me onion rings fresh as when i saw them in tray they looked terrible. I also ordered a bacon melt. It was gross. Not toasted which made it slimy aoft and falling apart. I checked online it was supposed to be toasted which would have been better. For 5.95 you would think you would get a sandwich worth the money. This was not even close. Some burger kings seems to care about food quality and customers. There just seems to be an attitude of uncaring here. This is my 3rd visit. Haven’t been since last year thought I would try again with melt promo. Won’t be back. This was my 3rd bad experience over about 3 years. If it’s someone’s job to improve quality… fire them cause they are not doing their job. I don’t like giving bad reviews. Look at my others. I only do these when deserved.

Stopped for 2 Jr burgers and 2 med fries, burgers were smaller than I remembered, before the virus, but they quit serving tartar sauce in those little packets so it was all good and I was full. The Drive-through was busy, but only 2 tables were in use for the dining area and I made the 3rd, nice and quiet, with no screaming kids, or foot traffic around me- just the way I like it! I had a coupon and it was under $7.00

The worst Burger King Ive ever been to. The food is always cold, even if you ask for it to be made fresh. So if you go there, just make sure you’re in the mood for a menu that taste like it’s a day old. I would not recommend going there.

Do NOT come here if you to be treated with respect or actually eat the food you ordered. They contradict themselves and laugh at customers who come into complain about the way they were treated in the drive-thru…which what they do is close the window in your face when you ask about your order. Don’t waste your time or money like I did.

Went thru drive thru, person taking order was rude and rushing us couldn’t get the order right after repeating it 3x, went to the window she tried to not give us our card back after paying and then gave us the completely wrong order. Went back through to get what we actual ordered and she took the food that they gave us in the first place (yes the wrong order) and gave it to the people behind us because apparently she messed their order up a well. Had to ask multiple times at the window for our drink and they still forgot part of our order

Food was just fine but the staff need better training and to care about the service they provide. I was in drive thru I ordered a #9. Should have been Chking deluxe meal but got a 9 piece chicken fries. Honest mistake. Drive thru was 8 cars deep so I parked and went inside. While the rest of my food is getting cold they make me the sandwich I ordered. I watch them just throw fry after fry burger after burger into bags with no care as to what they are doing to the food. I leave just to get back to my car and find they made me a regular chking sandwich instead of deluxe and half the fries spilled in the bag which didn’t surprise me. Normally great place.

What has happened to burger King in Bonney Lake? Food is always cold and customer service bites! Even saw an employee or manager, push all the ice on the counter back in the ice machine with her bare hand. So unsanitary. Will not go back.

Food is ok. That’s literally the only good thing to say. Every time we get from here, they screw it up. Missing food, wrong drinks, lack of basic sauce. I’m pretty sure we got someone else’s order once. They mess up basic things, and it’s infuriating.
