Burger King does a pretty good job with service, especially if they aren’t too busy. The food is usually fresh, hot, and pretty tasty! I don’t go to Burger King too often, but when I do, they do a good job of hitting the mark of savory and hot food.
Parking at this location is pretty straightforward. Being that they share a parking lot with Fred Meyer and a number of other businesses, there is ample parking if the spots directly in front of the store are full.
The inside of the restaurant is pretty mundane, as most Burger King’s are nowadays. Very bland and just “there” if that makes sense. Nothing really sets the interior apart from anywhere else, as it’s just kind of boring. You can also see the part of the building where they once had a play area, which is now just filled with supplies of some sort. What a sad, nostalgic reminder of the past things we used to have as a society, as simple as a play area at a fast food joint is.
The staff is pretty good. No complaints. They take your order or help you with whatever you need and fulfill the duties of their job (from a customer standpoint). Good balance of friendly, professional, and “I’m just doing my job.”
Location is good. Again, being in a grocery store parking lot, they’ve got ample parking. Additionally, they’re right on Mountain Highway in Elk Plain making it easy to pull in and leave once done.
Overall, this Burger King location does a good job with food and service, but lacks a fun atmosphere for customers to enjoy.

So very poor service at the Spanaway location off of Pacific. But I have to say just about anymore anywhere you go yat a burger king your going to get crappy slow service and there is nothing fast at all about BK anymore. I stood at the counter at the spanaway store for 15 minutes, the drive thru lady saw me said nothing, besides her you couldn’t see a single worker. So I went through the drive thru, mind you im with the city on a 15 minute break, I obviously exceeded that. Never ahlgain, when I think of fast food restaurants to go to I usually dont come to BK at all anymore because of this kind of service and I love burger kings food.

Came to breakfast time inside to eat. Staff was ridiculously slow didn’t acknowledge there was someone waiting at counter. She saw me face to face ignored me and cared more about drive thru and other staff. Waited forever for help. Food sucked, a waste of time. Never coming to this location again

I ordered the Chicken Bacon Swiss meal & that is DEFINITELY NOT swiss cheese & NO, I did NOT eat it ! After I picked all the nasty stuff off of it (the tomatoe mush that was under the American cheese, definitely NOT swiss cheese) I tried to eat it, I took 1 bite & I couldn’t spit it out fast enough. That was disgusting! Absolutely disgusting, I wouldn’t even let my dog eat any of it, it was gross.

I go to this Burger King quite often normally don’t have a problem but the other night my food was all stale. I get it was pretty close to closing but the buns and the fries were all stale. And the patties were kind of chewy. But like I said this was a one-time deal so far. Hopefully it doesn’t happen again

I recently had the pleasure of trying a fast food restaurant, and I must say, it was quite delightful. The quality of the food was exceptional, with fresh ingredients that truly stood out. Ordered the new expensive whopper as a medium meal. Got a plain, cold whopper with small fries. Took about 20 minutes when I was the only person there and they still got the food wrong and way over charged me. This place is garbage

This place charged me 5.46 (w/tax)for an egg and cheese croissant and thats pricey for the type premade egg it comes with. What’s even more ridiculous is that the meal only come with coffee or there’s an additional uncharge of $1.20 for getting a fountain drink. Not everyone drinks coffee so this makes no sense at all. They have several deals that come with more food so I’m not understanding this logic. It would cost me approx $9 to 10 to make this a meal w/fountain drink. For $10 I could have gotten a fulfilling meal during lunch hrs. Hell I could even purchase the kids meal and been full for the price I paid for the croissant. Thats my argument. I informed the cashier and he stated he dont make the prices like Duhhh sir thats dont mean they are not ridiculous. Oh and dont expect any jellys or napkins i assume that’s extra as well.

I ordered 2 double cheese burgers at 10:30 AM. While I was waiting I overheard the kitchen staff talk about using the rest of the sausage. When I got my two double cheese burgers, they were both double sausage burgers. They literally made two double cheese burgers with breakfast sausage patties instead of beef patties.
