This afternoon, the employee that was working at the drive thru was amazing. I had to let her know that one of the kids was being indecisive on the order so we were going into the building to order. She was very friendly and when there soda machine froze, she was extremely helpful by taking a moment to fill our cups with a soda option from behind the counter. Excellent customer service. I hope that she gets a raise.

Worst service ever! I wouldn’t even give it a star. Cashier was very rude. Was given someone else’s order, when I brought it up and said there must be a mistake she snatched the tray from me threw it down on the floor grabbed my order and tossed it at me. I asked for well done frys, was given half cooked frys. Wasnt given my dessert but after my first incounter with her i almost didnt want to go back up.

This was our 2nd time eating at this BK. Both times the women taking our order were very nice with smiles a-plenty. The first time our order was both taken and ready fairly quickly but this time there was a delay with both. it was clear the shift was understaffed since the manager was one of the two women taking orders at the front counter and she was apologetic for the delay in taking our order. Both ladies were friendly and personable and as i said, smiled. I felt like a valued customer.
The restaurant could have been cleaned better (I saw an employee, a man at least in his 60s, sitting at a table which is the same thing I saw last time I was there) which detracted from my rating. Our table had crumbs on it and lettuce on the floor underneath. There were scraps of food and crumbs on the empty table next to us, again signs of understaffing with no employees available to clean tables and floors.The men’s room, however, was neat and clean with the paper towel dispenser filled up. The first time I was here there were no towels at all.
The food was typical Burger King food but our sandwiches were served hot. The French fries were also hot, nicely crisp and salted, as were the onion rings.
Too bad the staff were unable to keep up with keeping the dining room clean even though only one or two other tables besides ours were in use. It would’ve earned the place a higher rating from me.

They were really nice and the place was actually clean and their food was fresh and the Buns weren’t hard I feel like all the Burger Kings I go to the buns are old but this place was fresh and delicious. Definitely recommend

Ordered the brisket burger. Couldn’t even taste the brisket. Hardly any meat on the burger. Very unfriendly staff. Paid WAY TOO MUCH for what we got!! Will not go back!! Will go to a nice sit down restaurant for same price with alit better burgers!!!

Really enjoyed my visit today. Obviously the Burger King food is excellent but I enjoyed my visit with the cashier up front who was singing the praises of her boss. I thought that was really cool to hear how much she appreciated the manager of the store for how she treats her people. That is really good to know when you’re trying to consider where to spend your money. Well done, Boss!

My husband and I went into the store to order Togo and to our dismay when we got home we realized one of our sandwiches was missing a few ingredients that come with it and the orange and white cheese he specially requested so we called the store which I was skeptical about as we haven’t had the best customer service to look forward to in the past and was PLEASANTLY surprised to have a kind, professional, friendly employee by the name of PHYLLIS answer and assessed our problem and went above and beyond to make it right and did it with a genuine happy attitude and even apologized which wasn’t necessary but this is the first time in the last six months we have been to this location and not only was our original cashier professional but Mrs.Phyllis was as well it was refreshing, we our flattered and truly feel this location is on the up and up. Someone please give her a raise or promote her before she gets away, good help isn’t cheap and cheap help isnt good!
