I decided to come here to order lunch for my team. I work nearby at Jimmy John’s. I ordered at the counter with a lady who wouldn’t let me use my coupons because I only had the code I asked if I order it online then could I use it? Wow I guess that upset her very much I placed my order online but couldn’t modify 1 sandwich to only have ketchup so I asked her if I could please have 1 of the sandwiches to have ketchup only that made her even more upset. To say the customer service here is laking would be a understatement absolutely rude and not customer focused at all. I will not EVER return to this location.

Worst fast food place in the harbor and has been for a long time. Always understand the staff seems to be frantic because they’re understaffed. This is a management problem, not the employee problem.

Milkshake was great! The girl in the drive thru- I think her name was Annabelle, was super nice! Her great customer service is the reason I will always come back to this BK! I even got offered a crown. Needless to say I really felt like I Ruled! Please tell corporate to bring back the grilled chicken Whopper!

Waited behind 1 car in the drive thru for 14 minutes. No way I’m paying money for my food that sat there for who-knows how long. We left super disappointed. Hungry kids. This is ALMOST as bad as the Wauna location. BK needs to get it together.

Employees do the best they can. However. Probably the worst Burger King on the planet. They are often out of items, stuff is broke. We used to bring our kids here back in the, “glory days” around 2005-2010. It WAS so great. The owner should sell it as he/she is inept. Yes, honestly, it is really that bad. Please, please sell it. Or shut her down.

Stood in as only person in line. Waited patiently for lady to turn around and ask for my order. She ignored me the entire time while she did drive though stuff but didn’t even acknowledge that I was there. I left and never bought anything. Terrible customer service. Won’t come here for food ever again.

Went to this burger king and got an Impossible king with no ketchup, no mustard, and a extra mayo. Now when I imagine extra mayo I don’t mean like mostly mayo with aside of Impossible meat. But that’s what I got, it was very upsetting, and on tip of that, the staff wasn’t very nice.
