For fast food, this place gets my 4 stars

Always fresh
Order is always correct

When I first started going to this location, it took 20 to 30 minutes sometimes to get your food and that has improved tenfold in the last year.

And if by chance I do have to wait a long time in line, the food is guaranteed to be hot and fresh so I don’t necessarily mind.

I find that the customer service in the last six months to one year have also improved and have even been pleasant.

We have eaten many a burger at Burger King around the country and we don’t eat meat so we love the impossible burger the burger we had today at the purdy wa location was excellent from the service at the drive thru window to the payment the fries were hot and salty and the impossible burger couldn’t have been better except for the bun was a little old it’s the first time since we were in Maui that it met my expattions it even had red tomatoes which at fast food places they are usually green.we will be back the crew today deserves a pat on the back for a hard job well done

Placed online order 30 min before arrival and waited 30 min to get a whopper Jr. burger and small coffee order. No apology for lateness attempted by anyone and 3 employees were having a ball when store was slow. One of the worst locations with a non existence of any customer service.

Food poisoning. I knew better when water was dripping out of my burger, but I’m on limited lunch time and was already on the road. Cost me a day and half of pay since I had to stay home near a toilet.

Service has been horrible every time I’ve been in, but there are limited options in the area. But there’s a reason it always seems empty, people would rather go hungry.

Just stopped in for lunch break. Because I’m in a roll back truck I can’t go through the drive through so I park and go in. I say at the front counter for almost 15 minutes with out so much as a hello. So I gave up and walked out. Now I’m punching in and going about my day hungry. Great job burger King. 2:07pm 12/4/25

At this point, I keep going back just to see what new ways they can disappoint me. They’re out of croissants. They’re out of biscuits. Their ice cream machine doesn’t work. No slushies today. They can’t print my receipt. The lobby isn’t open. They’re closed early. I ordered a sausage burrito.. There’s no sausage on it when I get it. I really love the good deals they have, but everytime I go something goes wrong.

It’s the only fast food restaurant on the KP and it’s always empty because they take ages to give you your food, and when it finally arrives, your order is incorrect and the food is cold.
Why? Because the fry cook is nodding off and forgot to drop a new basket of fries again. It’s seriously a joke.

Came here ordered inside. After waiting for a bit an employee started yelling at a customer about not being able to be here walking out apparently having an issue with this customer after waiting 30 minutes they stated we were going to have to wait another 15 minutes…..

As a regular customer at this location, I’ve noticed troubling patterns that consistently diminish the dining experience. The overall atmosphere feels tense, and while the staff do their best, the service often suffers due to unprofessional and ineffective management.

On my most recent visit, I ordered a Whopper Jr. trio with no pickles through the drive-thru. The older woman at the window—Christina—was openly disrespectful, telling me I shouldn’t place an order like that through the drive-thru. She took my card without a word and instructed me to park. I placed my order at 6:27 PM and didn’t receive my food until 7:09 PM.

The management appears disconnected from both the staff and customers. Accountability is lacking, and interactions often feel dismissive or abrasive. It’s upsetting to witness hardworking employees undermined by poor oversight and leadership.

This location could thrive under better leadership—someone who values communication, respect, and consistency. Until then, I’ll be reconsidering future visits.
