I hadn’t been to a Burger King in a while… Still tastes like Burger King. Certainly edible, and a notch above Mickey D’s, but fast food for sure. We stopped to snag a quick snack and grabbed their cheese sticks, nuggets and onion rings. The onion rings weren’t too bad. Especially with the zesty sauce. At the end of the day, why would you read a review for a Burger King anyway?!? It’ll get ya fed!

Stopped in hoping to grab lunch but that never happened because employees who ironically were both managers took unscheduled breaks to smoke cigarettes in the parking lot leaving only two employees in the store during a busy time. Both unaware that the others had even gone outside until they were looking around for help. Talk about poor management.

Man, things have changed in the last two weeks. Only saw one young lady working at the time, but she was refreshingly nice to order from at the drive through, friendly and thorough at the first window and walked to the next window to hand us our order, which was complete, all sauces, napkins, straws, etc. Nothing missing as was to be expected in the past. Surprisingly good experience this morning.

They are restaffing. It was lunch time and the lines outside were long enough to warrant twice as many employees. Their register was messed up so I couldn’t get a receipt. When my charge came through from the bank I had not gotten the online discount. 45 minutes after ordering a whopper and a coke they gave me someone else’s burger because my meal went to someone in the drive-through. I will try it again. They said the owners are doing their best to hire and train employees. They are sure it will get better.

This place has not once gotten anything right. I’ve never been to a fast food place that so consistently screws up. It’s truly amazing. Unfortunately it’s the closest place to us and when we’re busy we don’t have much choice. Food is cold 80% of the time. Kids meals with no toy. Whoppers with cheese come with no cheese. Never napkins. I’m not sure what’s wrong with this location but it’s really bad every single time.

Unfortunately understaffed, it’s impossible to provide the desired service. Looked like only one tenured person in the kitchen, doing her best, but not possible to keep up with the counter and drive thru. Guys in service not experienced, not able to keep orders straight, no direction. Sandwiches were just warm, not hot, a perpetual issue at BK. Kitchen person was obviously disgruntled, working hard, yelling directions to the service personnel, of course in earshot of customers.

Waited in line for 20 min. Had to leave without getting my order. Tgis fast food restaurant has high turnover and must have poor employee relations. Food in the past has been inconsistent.

Once again out of food. Could not make italian chicken sandwich or any other crispy chicken sandwich. Time before last they were out of meat. What’s going on with burger king? Are they going out of business. Hard to believe they would be out of things so often. I think I will just avoid going there from now on
