We order thru the app, and everything got fresh and hot, the services at the window for pickup was really nice (the employee has a good service) the Oreo shakes were amazing , the both burgers hot and super tasty, also the fries(crunchy and hot)

Went by last Thursday and spent $18 on my meal. Burger was made wrong. I called back and the lady remembered my order and took my name and said it would be on the managers desk. I told her I would be back the next Thursday. Went in today and the gentleman that “kinda” helped me told me that he didn’t see anything and I would have to talk to the manager in the morning (Nancy). He was very dismissive and kept walking away to help in drive thru while I was trying to talk to him. I was not asked to bring my receipt back I am assuming because she remembered me ordering. I did show him my bank account with the charge on it from the previous Thursday. I don’t need free food, just what I paid for. I had only asked the burger be corrected because the other things in the meal were not messed up. Lost a customer over 1 burger. I know it doesn’t matter that I just simply will not return there again but if enough people keep having issues like this, the sales will definitely suffer. I understand the 3.6 star review now.

I ordered the special double cheeseburger meal that was advertised as $4.99. the lady in the drive up stated it was $7.99. I informed her it was advertised as $4.99 she proceeded to tell me I was wrong and that was on line only. I said it did not say that. She refused to ask her manager if that was on special. She was very rude. This Burger King seems to have difficulty in specials and relaying information.

I’ve lived in Monroe almost 15 years. I just went here for the 2nd time during that period and i won’t be back. They botched our order but caught it as we were leaving… About the time i started digging in the bag and found things we didn’t order, this person comes running or saying we got the wrong order.
I feel sorry for whoever they gave our bag to, because after i said I’d been digging through it, she still took it and wrapped it neatly and ignored my remark. She gave us the proper bag of and said to somebody waiting by the door “i got their order right here”. Oh Lord i hope that was a joke and they didn’t hand that back through the drive up window, because my grubby mechanic hands were all up in there.
I will never visit this BK again.
I got the right order, but my god the chicken fries were disgusting and barely warm.

Why? What is this?? Why did I spend money on it??? I used to love Burger King, but in recent years the quality has massively spiraled. It was just a simple chicken wrap, yet it wasn’t even wrapped. And the only piece of lettuce was the yucky butt end nobody wants. I’m done; this is probably my very last Burger King meal ever. Disappointing…

My double cheeseburger was amazing fries hot and fresh. Lil heavy on the salt. I put a 4 only because my fries were heavily salted. Had a Coke and tartar for my fries. Clean and quick service. yumminess

My only real complaint is that most of the time when I order a whopper , it’s colder than a mother in laws stare.
Not sure why that is.
The customer service is decent and the staff is good with kids.
( The adults are also welcome to wear the Burger King cardboard crowns proudly.)
The service is good and who can’t appreciate the free unlimited self serve drinks which is disappearing faster than a pack of smokes at an AA meeting?
The food taste is the typical BKs fare.
But i will add that the Zesty sauce is so good that I ate my napkin.
