Ok so I ordered from there through the app a couple weeks ago and I didn’t look in my bag so I thought everything was in one bag. So I forgot the fries. Totally my fault. I went back yesterday and ordered several Whoppers and casually mentioned that I forgot my fries last time. Anyway I grab my bag of Whoppers and when I got home and opened the bag. They had put 3 large fries in there.
That was very cool. I mean, it was my fault that I forgot the fries the last time and they didn’t have to do that so it was really appreciated.
The employees there were nice, took my order quickly and got my food ready very fast. Thank you!

Caution only one toilet per bathroom, so only two toilets in the entire place for public use! Suppose to be a medium Oreo shake received a small. Service through the drive-through was completely off, could not get our order correct after a long wait time at the window. Just an off day! They where doing their best
Tried again a few weeks later order inside, just a long wait! Ordered impossible with no bun! This time was supposed to be a to go order and it came out on a tray.

Everything I wanted out of a fast food burger joint. The burger was made well, cooked well, and the best part was the staff who noticed me quickly and very politely got me the right bag with just a name drop. I was pleasantly surprised with them getting my order right as another branch to the south has been struggling. Thanks for the tasty dinner and friendly service. The staff really makes the restaurant.

Food is standard BK, if you like it, you’ll like it, if not, you won’t. My kid loves the fries and onion rings.

Service is lacking. I order probably twice a month and there will be missing items about 50% of the time. Sometimes it will be entire meals.

I ordered a triple Whopper meal with bacon and cheese hot off the broiler fries and Oreo shake, and a crispy onion Whopper sandwich hot off the broiler, and cheesy tots at the drive through. They said they didn’t have Oreo shakes but still charged me for the shake despite downgrading to a soda. Once I got home ready to eat I noticed my burger was made incorrectly it had barbecue sauce on it and it was missing cheese lettuce and pickles. I called the store immediately and dialed back a 3rd time but no one answered the phone. I drove back to the store and I asked for the food to be remade as it was no longer hot and fresh the fries had gotten cold. The manager on duty did not want to have my food remade or a full refund for the food I brought back same as I got it. They did not show me the policy where it says they couldn’t refund me for my order. Diners beware they forced my hand. I was issued a partial refund for being charged the shake and my tripple Whopper, The food was then too cold for satisfaction.

Went through the drive thru to bring food home to the family. When I got to the window, I sat awhile just to pay despite there being only one other car in line. The order took awhile for burgers and fries. Then when I got home and told the kids that BK has toys, I saw there were no toys in the bags. I drove back to BK to let them know and all I got was “we’re all out of toys and cookies, so we don’t have a substitute.” No “sorry”, no form of compensation. There was no “we’re all out of toys” when I ordered. If I knew there weren’t going to be toys, I would’ve ordered something different. Next time, I’ll order elsewhere.

Worst experience in my life. In the drive thru, they screwed up the order for the guy in the big pickup who was shouting n blaring his horn. I ordered a chicken sandwich combo and 8 piece nuggets. The sandwich was dripping with oil while the nuggets tasted like cardboard. Absolute disaster.
I tried calling the store back no one picks the phone.
I suggest either so it right or close the joint.

I can’t even say how the food was cause i never got to even try it cause the customer service was so horrible. First of all one of the workers made a rude comment towards my girlfriend after we had asked for & when our order was ready it ended up having loads of on it… as if it was intended to be like that on purpose. & Then all the workers did was laugh in my face when I tried to say something bout it. My gf and I ended up leaving our order there and walking out of the restaurant.

They don’t even deserve a 1 star. Hire people that actually can do a simple job. Waited in line for 10 minutes (I was the only person in line) at the drive thru just for them to help everyone else but us. Then when the stated taking our order they only took half then stopped told us to wait then proceeded to help anyone else that pulled in. Then they deleted our order and tried to take ours again like we hadn’t just waited 20 minutes for NOTHING. We ended up backing out and leaving

Constantly messing up orders, I can’t get delivery from them anymore because I keep getting food and drinks I can’t have. I have a severe fructose intolerance and can not have regular drinks or tomatoes, yet I keep getting regular Coke when I order diet, and ketchup when I’ve requested none. One time, everything except cold fries was inedible to me. When you try to contact someone, you get a robot that has been broken several times. Their website has no contact information. Any contact info you find online is out of use. If you do get the working robot and ask to talk to a person, they will get back to you in “24 to 48 hours”. When they do email you, they refuse any sort of refund and only offer points – WHICH THIS SPECIFIC RESTAURANT WON’T LET YOU USE ON DELIVERY. Even when my entire meal was bad, no refund was offered even when I specifically said I expected one. We’ve called the store before when I was sent someone else’s meal and they have no way of issuing a refund. They said I could come get a replacement meal, but I ordered delivery because I’m disabled and literally can’t drive. I don’t believe I ever got a refund for that meal. I order dinner about twice a week because I am unable to cook for myself. So when it’s wrong, I just don’t have dinner. I let so many small mistakes go from this place – like forgotten add-ons or missing sauces that I paid for – but I just can’t order from them when they constantly send things I can’t eat and have no way of remedying it. It’s gone way beyond ridiculous.
