They had doors locked that should not have been locked.
Handicap parking is in the front of the building and the two entrances in the front of the building are locked , making someone who is disabled , have to go around the building to enter it. When you ask the manager why the doors are locked?They simply say they’ve been that way for years and don’t even offer you an explanation of why.
If those doors are to remain locked, then the handicap parking should be moved to where the open doors are. It is ridiculous to have handicapped parking at the front and make someone who is disabled.Have to go around half the building to get inside to get service.

The afternoon and evening staff is great but the girl with dark curly hair that works the drive through in the morning is absolutely horrible. There is a difference between being a careless worker and a downright rude one. Im more than friendly coming through fast food because I know what they have to deal with and I did nothing to deserve her slamming the window in my face after saying thank you. Fix your attitude.

I have ordered food from here before, and it has been great. However, this time, when I ordered from the 5 dollar whopper menu, I was told that it was 6 dollars instead of 5. When I asked why, because the menu said 5, they said no, it’s 6. I told them to come outside and see the menu, it says 5, they said that they would not take my order. I understand that people can refuse service, however, the interaction was very civil, and they were being extremely rude. When asked for the Manager, Ruby came and said they would not take my order, and was very rude to me and my family. Instead of talking about it, they shut me down, and became very rude.

Haven’t been to BK in awhile, and now I remember why. All 5 burgers were cold with stale, overcooked buns. The nuggets were cold and tasted like they were made a few days ago. Definitely do NOT waste your money or time at this place.
