I live in Lake Stevens longer than this restaurant’s been here, but as long as it’s been here the restaurant itself has really gone downhill. It’s disappointing because out of most fast food places around the Lake Stevens area Burger King used to be about the best. Not anymore. The building is really seen it’s worse for wear. The people that are hired there really have no business having a job because they have no people skills, no customer service skills, they can barely even get your order right when all they got to do is push one button for the meal that you’re choosing. If management would hire a little better quality people, once it take pride in their job and would take pride in their building, it would become one of the better places for fast food around, again

Food was fine. But we showed up at 7pm on a Friday night and wanted to come inside to order so our toddler could use the play area while our food was cooking. For some reason, not posted anywhere, the dining room was closed. Even though their hours say the dining room is open until 9pm.

Nicholas was the best Burger King Employee I have ever had the honor of being served by. This guy deserves a raise! Best BK experience ever fast friendly efficient service. Uber eats order. Ordered BOGO double sausage croissanwich…no cheese. Should have received 2 double no cheese croissanwich. They sent 1 regular croissanwich WITH cheese. They paid no attention to what I actually ordered. Uber eats no help at all. Beware ordering delivery from this place.

I don’t normally take the time and write a review but tonight at the lake stevens burger king the guys working did a great job even tho the line was long and people left.
I had very hungry children after a long day not only did the workers take the time to make the food correctly but also when I said ” wait, I’m missing something” they didn’t rush me. They let me pull up the app and prove I bought 3 kids meals not just 2.
