I go all over western Washington and out of all the burger kings I’ve been to, this one is my favorite for all reasons. Fresh food never cold. Great employee customer service and the manager Nichole she is great. 10 out of 10. All other fast food places should be trained by whoever trains the employees at this place.

Just got home. There’s no icing for my cini-minis. That’s $2.99 for nothing. What am I going to do? Drive there and back again? Does every customer have to check every bag to be sure that every thing they ordered is correct? Take apart the sandwiches and check for pickles? C’mon. Get it together.
Luckily, my 5-star girlfriend knows how to make icing and fixed the mistake of this 1-star burger king.

So disappointed, waited at the drive thru for forty minutes, used a family meal coupon for 3 whoppers, 3 cheeseburgers, and 3 fries. I was in such a hurry to get food home to my family after such a long wait that I forgot to check the bag. When I got home I discovered the 3 cheese burgers completely missing. So now I am debating if I need to cook something for my kids to supplement the missing food I paid for or drive 15 min back to wait who knows how long to get what I paid for. This was not convenient or “fast”, so much for trying to have an easy dinner amidst the holiday chaos.

We went through the drive thru and one of the workers that was outside noticed that my gas cap was hanging down and open. She nicely offered to close it for me. I wasn’t able to get her name, but that was so sweet of her to do that. The food was prepared very quickly and was very good.

Visited this store on Aug. 28 around 12:45, and I have to say, I was quite impressed. I work in hospitality myself, also burger king was my first job. The store was very busy. I used the drive through. The young lady at the window was friendly, polite, and professional, the kitchen was on point too. All of my food came out fresh and warm and my sandwich seemed to be assembled with care. (Not sloppy) No complaints here. Hats off to the team. I know they were working hard.

Just got back from this sad excuse of a restaurant on Saturday 8/30/25, and this is their nearly $10 Impossible Whopper burger. Burned and inedible. Disgusting, atrocious, and embarrassing. I wish fast food restaurants nothing but a swift demise at this point.

The place kept to clean standards but, that only means they are passable. To me, everything in this place is coated with a fine layer of deep fryer mist. That being said I find the bathrooms are never attended to. I go here for only one reason: the app is the bomb. I save A LOT.!
