We went on 10/25 around 8pm in the lobby. The server was so attentive and happy to take our orders – give him a raise! The food was great, probably the best Burger King in Washington.

Drove up to order food today and the person (manger) who took my order didn’t understand English well
I asked for FRESH Fries and the Manager thought I said FRENCH fries?!?? When I told the employee we didn’t order fries. The employee snapped and acted RUDE! He did not acknowledge his mistake and we ended up having to return the fries and he was not happy about doing that. BK needs to hire people that understand English and are kind!

Burger King is always a good place to get a tasty burger. Last time whopper sandwich only was $12. I think that is a bit too much now.

Love their whopper, but we found it to be $12 vs McDonald’s $9 Big Mac. I would pay extra for the whopper, but the 30% difference was hard to ignore.

I came through the drive thru today to order lunch. I ordered 2 original chickens with barbecue sauce and two small fries. The line was very long and took about 7 to 19 minutes to get threw it. Once I reached the window I was notified that if I had wanted to use the app I had to announce my code at the call box, and that they couldn’t add the code now and that i had to go through the drive thru once agaiin to use my discount code. Having worked at burger king myself I’m very annoyed that they didn’t just cancel my order and rung it up right there if that was the case. Secondly my original chicken had no barbecue sauce in the bag or on the sandwich. Though the guy at the window was apologetic I’m very displeased with the service. Not only that but Mt attempts to call the store were left unanswered 4 separate times. I love burger King over most fast food restaurants, and though this store is a convenience for me while I work in the area. I would not recommend this restaurant during the lunch period. So far the only saving grace is the morning crew.

I absolutely love Burger King… I used to have a ham and cheese sandwich I loved… Alas they don’t make it anymore… Can I get enough…? NO. now its the trio, original Chicken Sandwich plus tomatoes pickles onions and swiss cheese… Medium fries and a lemonade… That’s how I Rock the casbah …! Went to Burger King to get some food since it’s close by to the Renton Honda Dealership (my car was in there for a car service). What a clean atmosphere. Very friendly customer service and my food was cooked hot/fresh. Love love love it

06mar2022 SUN ~17:45 Swee and i came to this Burger King to Dine-in. We were the only 2 there for ~10 mins, before ~6 people came to Dine-in. There were ~4 vehicles queuing at the Drive-Thru. The Burger King was neat, organized and clean. The Staff were working hard, efficient and courteous. i can only hope their Bosses recognize, appreciates, value and fairly reward them
