Ordered breakfast using delivery. Breakfast burrito was salty, this much of the sauce, no control on how much sauce goes on and biscuit on the sandwich was rick hard, nitbsure if they are using leftover from day before or microwaving the sandwich, I ended up throwing it away. Never again eating at Burger King.

Overall, the best customer service experience I’ve had…especially at a drive-through. The gentleman working there, I believe his name was Vladimir, provided excellent service. The Burger King in fictoria could really benefit from training their staff to his standard.

I recently ended a hiatus from Burger King after too many bad experiences at the Burger King in Factoria, however this Burger King in Renton has yet to let me down.
The staff is friendly, and my order is correct. The gentleman who works the window in the afternoon has great customer service. They should have the staff in Factoria come train at this Burger King, because they do a much better job.

Just came back home from picking up an order at this location, we got a Texas whopper and a chicken long sandwich. And tbh it was bad. My chicken sandwich was missing cheese that I paid for, and the patty tasted dry and overcooked. I’ve been seeing a lot of Burger King tiktoks of ppl giving good reviews but honestly I was left disappointed. I’m starting to believe that the reviews might be getting paid for promo.

The staff shortchanged us. My partner and I got two orders of the SpongeBob krabby patty meal and instead of 8 pieces of tots we were given 4 cold tots each. It’s also just a really bad deal. It’s expensive for the amount of food they give you.

Slowest drive thru ever experienced unless it’s empty during non meal times but the food is par for a Burger King and the people are not rude just seem overwhelmed or understaffed not sure what the delay always seems to be. Don’t hangout in the parking lot either not the best people walking around.
