As far as Burger Kings go, this store is average. I’ve had better, but I’ve had much worse. The servers were polite and the food came out fast. It was a cold inside though, on a rainy day in December. My Whopper was a little dry and the toppings weren’t evenly dispersed. The first half was okay, but the last few bites were all burger and bun.

The ceiling leaked in the dining room. Buckets in use next to me while I ate. Bikini Bottom meal was $20 but I couldn’t substitute and food was gross. Staff did not care I spent my weeks budget and was not happy with my foid.

For fastfood, its okay. I would have given a 3.5 rating if I could because they are more of a 3.5. The store is clean. The children’s play area is out of service(im not sure why) but it would be nice to have that especially when you go there with your little children who like to run around.

Impossible Whopper was surprisingly impressive… at other locations. I’ve had it two times prior and enjoyed it until I came here and ordered it. It was cold and tasted very subpar compared to my other two experiences. Sadly, will probably never want to order the Impossible Whopper ever again.

This location has horrible customer service. I went through the drive thru and the employee was very rude and unprofessional over the intercom. He refused to answer any of my questions and rushed me to place my order. Once I got to the window, I ask for the manager who said his name was Nick to avoid confrontation. I asked for the store number and the name of the employee who took my order. Nick who claimed to be the manager was also shockingly rude as well and rufused to give me the information. He had an attitude, gave me the dirtiest look and appeared to be angry while the man who took the smiled behind him. Nick hands me my food but to make matters worse it was the wrong order! For the price I paid this is unacceptable. My burger was disgusting and the meat patty was extremely small. I literally threw the food away because I don’t know if this was done intentionally and if my food was tampered with by the way the employee was smiling. This was one of the worse experiences eating out that I’ve had in a long time. I work right across the street and will never go to this location again! These employees should be fired and replaced with someone who at least knows how to talk to people and answer simple questions. The work ethic that was displayed today is bad for business.

A Burger King still holding onto the last vestiges of the 90’s, the unavailable play area is the only eyesore currently. However, the service is top notch and quick, the food well made, and the rest of the restaurant is always clean. I like coming here and watching cars milling around the parking lot of the mall next door.

The lobby was not open despite being within the posted open hours, no additional signs were posted if it was an emergency circumstance, the employee inside just motioned for me to go around to the drive-thru, but without a car I don’t know if he thinks I should walk through? Just put up a sign.
