So we were in Auburn getting piercings and decided to eat first. We came across a few different places but ended up at Burger King!!!! The linn was sooo long in yhe drive thru that we decided to go inside!!
Best decision… Even tho th lobby was full we encountered a wonderful lady named Sol she is a manager here!! Even though she was a bit overwhelmed with all the guess she was so polite, patient, and kept a smile yhe whole time while helping us!!! I love the fact that even though she was slammed she never had an attitude at or with us!!! The build was also clean!! Great job Sol great customer service!!!

The employees at this location are so incredibly helpful and kind. I keep coming here because they make me smile on my lunch break when I go through the drive through. They are always cheerful and friendly. It’s really rare to find service like this anywhere especially fast food but they do it right. Flowers to the team there especially the lunch drive thru crew. And kudos to the management for the environment they have fostered. I hope you all have fantastic futures there and get raises and promotions and all the benefits. I hope corporate recognizes this location and how they do business. I appreciate yall!

If there were an Olympic event for drive-through ghosting, this Burger King would take home the gold.
When we finally gave up and walked inside the employees greeted us with the enthusiasm of Droopy..The vibe was very “We clocked in, but emotionally we’re still at home.”
Then came the value menu— Almost five bucks for items that used to cost pocket change. And the double cheeseburger was the size of a burger slider. This thing could fit in the palm of my youngest child. A couple of ketchup packets could’ve been more filling.
Shame on BK for charging steakhouse prices for snack-sized disappointment.
We won’t be back—ever. The King has officially been dethroned.

Rodeo burger is delicious. Only 2.89. BBQ sauce and onion rings. Was hot. Fries even hotter! I ordered mozzarella fries, and the checker didn’t hear me and gave me regular fries. I ate them anyway. I ate an ice cream cone. It was warm in the restaurant, so it started melting quickly. Staff was very helpful.

This place absolutely sucks now. This morning is the last time I frequent this establishment. It is a very convenient place to stop for a meal before work considering I work right down the road. The manager there is so incredibly rude. They were out of all drinks. Sodas , teas, etc. So, I just asked to keep the drink off and just discount the meal. Instantly, a rude “NO” came over the intercom and said I can get a bottle of water or an orange juice. I have a cooler filled with water and just chose an oj. They also got my order wrong last time, but I was already gone and wasn’t a big deal until now. They also asked if I wanted to round up! Insane that you wouldn’t give me a discount because of your total ineptitude of running a fast food joint and actually have the nerve to ask me to pay more for something I didnt want in the first place. Everyone else there is great! Manager sucks amd needs to get her attitude checked.

I wanted some breakfast and arrived at this restaurant at 6:45 AM, and I realized that I was a bit early. So, I waited.
At 7:00 AM, I drove to the drive-thru and waited 3-4 mornings passed the opening time. No one answers the intercom.

This location rarely has the cool new gimmicks; for example, for SpongeBob, they didn’t have the burger or the dessert, and although they offered the bacon cheese hash brown, they didnt have that either. The staff is cool and always deliver great service.

I love Burger King hamburgers. I will not return to this location because of their horrible customer service. I was going through the drive thru and waited in line for 20 minutes before reaching the speaker box. I wait at the speaker box for 10 minutes while no employee says anything out of the box to take my order so I assume it is broken so I drive up to the window. The employee refuses to take my order and offers no apology. Please reconsider spend your money at this location until they clean up their customer service.

ordered from Uber and when our food came the fries were not fully cooked, my fiances burger had part the top layer of of his bun removed, and i found it in on my bun. we paid for cheese and bacon on our burgers and didn’t get it. the only good thing was the milkshake which is why i gave 2 stars instead of one. wouldn’t recommend ordering out from here.
