Nothing bad to say about the restaurant or the awesome staff. But i wish nothing but misery and ill weather to that last inch of curb that just assaults my poor short cars low clearance as I leave the drive through.

As far as fast food chain restaurants go, this one is at the top of the heat. It’s a little bit out of the way, but that’s probably why it is so well kept. The entire store was immaculately clean and everything was in its place. This included the parking lot. The dining facility itself, the front desk and even the bathrooms. The food here was on par as far as fast food chain, restaurants go. But the service was top notch. It was fast and accurate and though I ordered the triple family bundle it came out quickly and it was hot.

The gentlemen that helped us through the drive through tonight was very helpful. Had excellent customer service was very kind and made my experience there worth while. He also went the extra mile to bring us out some of our food when we accidentally drove off without grabbing it. Would recommend this restaurant because of the wonderful customer service we had tonight

I ordered ahead to the Auburn SuperMall location. I requested that the sandwich be halved and that the meal be hot off the grill. There was a car in front of me that was in the drive-thru for nearly fifteen minutes due to a large order. I’m wondering why they weren’t asked to go around and that it would be brought out to them. I’ve been asked that on several occasions when people were waiting for significantly less time. Someone there may need management skills. By the time I got my food, the onion rings were not even warm, and the burger was disappointing cold. I cannot believe that it was “hot off the grill” based on the temperature of the burger. Furthermore, I’m not entirely positive that the food was in a safe temperature zone. I only mention these issues because one cannot fix issues they know nothing of, so I’m letting you know. This is a fixable issue. Please do so.

My order of two spicy chicken sandwiches and 10 chicken nuggets took about 15 minutes. My order came out before the guy in front of me. We were the only two customers ordering at the time.
He ordered a Whopper and a drink. This was the only time I’ve had to wait this long for any fast food while the back was fully staffed.

I work right across the street and I went there to get a cheeseburger and it took them exactly 24 minutes to make my burger and give it to me it’s almost like there’s nobody working in the store only two people work there and the service is pretty slow keep in mind they had only two cars in the drive-through and just me as a customer inside the dining. I come here almost every week since I work right across the street and it’s just terrible I wouldn’t recommend for anybody

Went to grab some breakfast before getting ready for the game. Unfortunately the flies wouldn’t leave my hashbrowns alone the whole time I was eating my food. I guess I’m just gonna have to listen to the manager across town yell at everyone in the restaurant. At least it’s never been dirty in there…

All the new bbq brisket whopped commercials got to me, so I went in for one.
There should be a warning saying: “WARNING MAY CONTAIN BRISKET!”. Because they accidentally spilled some on my lukewarm whopper.
All the sides were cold, but so was the soda so at least they have that going for them.
