Buyer beware, there was an error in the process of ordering via their app and i was charged twice as a result. When i initially made the order the app froze and was stuck loading forever so i closed and reopened the app and reran the payment and it went through the second time without issues. I then get to the store to pick up my order and they ask me if i meant to order twice i then informed them that i did not and that the app had an error in the ordering process. They then informed me to reachout to doordash for a refund on the double charge at which point i had to inform them that i ordered through their app not doordash and then the store manager called his GM and was told i need to reach out to customer service via their app for a refund of the double charge.. i do so and the customer service resonds stating that they cannot cancel an order that was already placed and offered me $30 in coupons like that is sufficient for their blatant mistake and robbery as a result. This is criminal and should be known that they will rip you off if errors happen in their app. Smh.. i ended up paying approximately $63 for a breakfast order that should have only been $31.08 and somehow they think $30 in coupons is ok even though i never want to shop at ANY BK ever again and will be informing as many as humanly possible of these egregious issues. I am beyond disgruntled…

They’ve got some killer specials going on
Budget friendly. Also , if you have kids , that’s always a bonus on a budget

Very impressive location, but for the wrong reasons. There were zero cars in line, Ordered 1 burger, 1 single burger. Requested no pickles due to allergies. They managed to put pickles on it anyways. Very impressive considering there was no rush and you had all day to get it right, and managed to do the one thing you were asked not to do.

Don’t bother coming after 10, you won’t be served. Ordered online and staff decided they wanted to clean up so they could leave rather than actually operating during business hours.

Didn’t stick around to try the food. There were tweekers camped in the women’s bathroom and the doors and lights were broken in the mens room. Place is a dump for being a brand new store…wouldn’t trust the food just by the bathroom conditions

BK decided to end their $5 meal. What a disappointment! Now I’m back to McDonald’s. Now you get two items for $5 and three items for $7. Enjoy your two items at BK for $5 or 4 items at McDonald’s for $5. Do the math!
