We went on New Year’s day. It took around 10 minutes or more at the intercom waiting to give our order. I paid a ton for the food (my fault I didnt know I should get a 25% discount as a Walmart Plus member,) and after giving yhe money, told it was going to be a lengthy wait. There were only 2 girls working. That was another 15 Plus minute wait.
The ice cream cone I paid $2 for was the first thing given at the window, and it sure disnt last. I should have taken a picture because it was maybe 2 inches high. I asked if that was really what they’re supposed to look like. She told me that they’re just small and gave a little shoulder shrug, “sorry.”
I realize this wasnt the employees fault that they were shorthanded, so the fault is with BK.

Im literally craving burger king right now. But cant get any because this location has consistently let me down with cold food and slow service. With how slow this place is, there is absolutely zero excuse for the quality of the food comming out of this place. Fast food needs to learn from in n out. Make food at the time its ordered.

Disgusting. Unprofessional. Unacceptable. Waited for fresh cooked chicken sandwiches, paid for cheese and tomato. Received almost cold sandwiches, no cheese, no tomato, on either. Rotting, slimy lettuce and what appears to be hand or FINGER indentations on one. Returned the following day to request a refund from the manager, Steve, and I was refused a refund, and accused of possibly lying. With Lots of options all around this place, I recommend staying away from Burger King, and eating elsewhere.

This place is a Joke they need to close this place down and the crew and the management need to be FIRED they are incompetent and unable to do their jobs.
I was robbed out of $20.00 today when i ordered a couple of burgers. this place was not busy at all I walked in and placed my order no one else was there. then a couple minutes later a couple other people walked in to place their orders. and still after over 30 minutes still no food and everyone else that walked in was still waiting for their food and the only food going out was to the drive through which was not busy. they apparently decided to ignore their customers in the lobby and serve who ever went through the drive though. I had to return to work, so I had to walk out with no food or refund. The manager was also very rude

My husband wanted some simple cheeseburgers. When we got home we found that they had put gobs of Mayo on the cheeseburgers. Burger Kings cheeseburgers are not supposed to have Mayo on them. The temperature of the cheeseburgers were not hot and the cheese wasn’t melted at all.

They seem to be doing much better than they have in the past..
The burgers, fries, drinks and such are decent. And it’s nice that they have a drive-thru at this location. Next time you’re hungry for some good fast food, pay the King a visit!

This place needs to shut down. Burgers were sloppy to much dressing and they don’t listen to what you want. Wrong order and guy making them very sloppy Burgers Always loved carls but not no more. Really sucks. I give zero stars

Did a drive through order. The person at the speaker was very enthusiastic, ordered a whopper no pickles no ketchup, and no cheese, an order of chicken nuggets. Got to the window, gave my card ( no greeting ) paid, no receipt. What appears to be the manager gives me a free hash browns, is cheerful, window person still has an expression of a wet cat…
