My husband wanted some simple cheeseburgers. When we got home we found that they had put gobs of Mayo on the cheeseburgers. Burger Kings cheeseburgers are not supposed to have Mayo on them. The temperature of the cheeseburgers were not hot and the cheese wasn’t melted at all.

Do not go to this Burger King!! Worst fast food experience of my life. We all can understand being short staffed but you can still give warm food and have good customer service practices. If short staffed they need to close. Waited 10 minutes to get ice cold fries and no BBQ sauce that I requested. Went back through drive through to ask for fresh fries. Then waited 10 minutes to even order to let them know I would like warm fries and bbq sauce. I tried explaining to car behind me that they were short staffed because it looks weird when you sit at the order sign for 10 minutes without moving and got attacked by shift lead. I didn’t know they would hear the audio and explained that I was just letting the car behind me know there was a wait. Finally I was able to tell them cold fries and no bbq sauce and they said I had to come in the lobby. At this point I have been at this Burger King for 20 minutes to get cold fries and a Whopper that is now cold. I remind them I literally circled around and have been trapped in drive through line for 15 minutes. Can they make an exception. I am told no. I am so upset by this point but my Whopper is cold and inedible without putting bbq sauce and my fries weren’t edible when I got them 15 minutes ago so they definitely aren’t now. And it is 9 pm at night, I wasted $12 and have a 2 hour drive left for work. So I go inside and granted I was a little dramatic about wanting time proof of how much of my time they wasted and how horrible the service was. I understand being short staffed but you don’t make a tired upset person come in the store after they sat waiting in your drive through for 15 minutes on their 2nd time through asking for warm fries after you gave them ice cold ones. And the kicker they then gave me super salty warm fries. No apologies for being short staffed and wasting what ended up being 30 minutes of my time so that I could eat a nasty cold Whopper. If this store is short staffed please just close down the store early. Worst fast food experience of my life!!!!

I don’t normally complain about places it’s just not me but I had to here. The Burger King on Crater Lake Highway is terrible. The food is always cold. Almost as if they don’t even toast the croissants and the hash browns are even cold. And this is when they first opened you would think everything is cooked to order. And I understand it open at 6 a.m. but at 6:00 a.m. all food should be available, not have to wait 10 minutes for eggs to cook. Also why am I having to pull around to the opposite side of the building when there’s nobody else in drive-thru. This is an every occasion experience

We were ordering 2 of the $7 meals. At first we said double whoppers, then realizing it was the double whopper juniors that were part of the $7 deal, I corrected myself. The man taking my order let out a loud annoyed sigh. With that right there I almost left. It was not necessary. Then the girl taking my payment at the window was so busy checking her cell phone, that I clearly annoyed her asking her for bbq sauce.

I have tired burger King twice in the past 8 to 12 months. My first experience was with a breakfast sandwich which was still frozen when I bit into it. I immediately threw it away and took the lose. My second experience was today 5/21/2023. I got two whoppers no tomatoes. The buns where stale but the vegetables were fresh. This is my last time visiting this burger king.

The mens bathroom upon entering was disgusting. The sink was one that u would see in a tire shop where the tire techs would be working and get pretty dirty from handling grease and tires. The white sink was filthy with dirt. I talked to the young employee and he told me it couldnt get clean and was aware of how it looked. It was the first thing u see when entering the mensroom. I just left after that!
