I came to get a simple order of mozzarella fries and a whopper burger, to which they made me stand there for 10 minutes in a completely empty place, only to receive a COLD burger that had ZERO dressing and the bun was ripped into THREE DIFFERENT PIECES so that it couldn’t even be held by hand without its contents falling and slipping off.
By far the absolute WORST burger I have EVER received from any fast food place in my life. Completely unacceptable.
Who looks at that and thinks its perfectly fine to serve to a PAYING CUSTOMER. Who can look at that bun that was in 3 different pieces and just put all the pieces on it, wrap it up and make somebody PAY for it… when they could have at least gave me a different bun.
It’s not like they are understaffed, the place was FULL of workers. Completely unacceptable. Do better.
I will NEVER come back to this location.

Food is fine. The lady who spoke to us at the drive thru speaker was pushy to get answers from us. Give parents more than 2 seconds to get answers from their kid for what they want, geez. However the lady at the window was very nice 🙂 She was a young lady with glasses, we did not catch her name.

Skipped the drive-thru and walked in, super friendly staff helped me right away. Grabbed a Whopper with medium fries, and drinks are free refills. The place was clean and comfy. After a long road trip, nothing hits like a hot Whopper and an icy Coke.

Well, I must give a high recommendation to this location. The employee that I interacted with by the name of Christine went above and beyond to ensure customer retention at this location. It was a very simple issue but one that severely affected my evening. She made it right and even personally brought it out to me moments later and my order was correct this time. This is my favorite location in the valley and I recommend going in in the 4:00 hour like I did just now. No way hot food. Great service
