Rudest lady ever working the drive thru. When I pulled up to the speaker, she yelled at me “It’s gonna be at least 10 minutes if you want food because I’m the only one here and training a new person!” I said ok. Waited patiently for 10 minutes. Then “What do you want?” I said a chocolate shake. She loudly says ” I don’t HAVE any chocolate syrup! We’re OUT!!!” Me, calmly, “OK, a strawberry shake then?” Her: ” We don’t HAVE strawberry!” Me still calmly ” OK, what do you have for shakes?” Her “Vanilla and OREO!!!” I order an oreo shake. Pull up to the window. She snatches the card out of my hand, runs it, and shoves a sloppily made 2/3 full shake at me with my card and slams the window. Wow. I won’t be back. Get new staff. Absolutely outrageous behavior and attitude.

I’ve gone here twice the first time I ordered a whopper meal it took over 30 minutes to get it. Usually when I see short staff I don’t tend to get upset but this ladies attitude is completely unacceptable she should not be working customer service type of job. Today was the second time every employee ignored the people in the front of the restaurant everyone was in this awkward I hate my job feeling, I waited 15 minutes before just deciding to leave, I would leave this place 0stars if I could. I hope the owners really take the time to look at these reviews because they are losing money keeping these people working for them. Unless you really don’t mind waiting a feeling like crap for simply being hungry I suggest going to another Burger King and avoid this place.

Their was literally only one car in the parking lot and zero cars in the drive-thru.

Go see Paula at the drive through! She was hilarious and soo nice, if anything else go there for her. She made my day! Great customer service!

My issue with BK breakfast is that their iced coffee is too sweet. I told the manager that and she offered to fix that in few different ways. She even gave me a small cup of just iced coffee on the side in case I didn’t like it. Best service at a fast food restaurant I’ve ever seen.

Central Point Burger King was great!
Stopped in for a burger and fries, about half way along a 500 mile drive.
Went through the Drive Thru, order was quick, food was perfectly prepared.
Picked up the order, hit Interstate 5 Southbound and headed to the rest area south of Medford.
Beautiful location for a little picnic courtesy of Burger King, let the dog out of the car, little walk, sat at a picnic table and relaxed as I enjoyed my burger!
Do yourself a favor and stop in at Burger King!

I don’t usually do reviews on fast food restaurant service, however, this one comes down to the experience my daughter and I had. There are plenty of burger kings in the southern Oregon area and this one definitely has to be the worst. One particular person who was very rude to my daughter and I was a gentleman by the name of Vance working the day and time that this review is written. Not sure what his problem is but he was very rude, snappy, didn’t have a good attitude, seemed to want to rush my order and did not acknowledge my questions for the kids meal.
I encourage the manager or owner to look into their staff because this is in a prime location with allot of truck stop traffic and good people in the central point area.

10 nuggets for $1!? Yes please. And they taste better than McDonald’s. Fast, cheap, and tasty.
The kids just needed something quick to hold them over until dinner on our road trip and this was just the ticket.
