I recently went to this burger king and had multiple issues. Not only did it take 45 minutes to get from being 3rd in line for the drive thru to get out, but the food changed to be smaller than I was last here, and I live nearby so it’s not like it’s been outrageously long.
Additionally, this location was not just understaffed, but it seems to have been 2 people, one being trained, during a rush time period, and was a bad enough situation that the staff called one at a time, not even being able to work on two orders from the line or splitting the kitchen duties, or anything of the sorts to make it faster.
Food has become bad enough that I have almost no reason to want to go here, especially with the multitude of fast food and other locations around, and it takes longer than any other fast food restaurant in the area. This even took longer than the Starbucks inside of Freddy’s, including the getting in/out of my car and walking, and it also took longer than an 8 person order at Arbys.
(For additional context, I had a thing to do prior to getting the food so my order was done before I got there, or atleast before I got to the window)

This Burger King stands out compared to others in the area. The staff is always friendly, which I really appreciate.
I love a good Whopper, and this location always hits the spot. There can sometimes be a bit of a wait, but I usually order ahead using the app, so I’m not sure how long the wait is for people ordering in the restaurant or through the drive-thru.
Overall, a solid location that I prefer over other Burger Kings nearby.

Talk about amazing customer service these guys went above and beyond Ransom and blaze helps me navigate with my Uber eats that was a total nightmare and made me feel like I wasn’t insane and Make sure my food is still liking and made me feel totally supported and they were just awesome I thought it was going to be a really horrible experience but it was great I’m telling you it’s really hard to find good customer service but they want they excel

Went here and it took about 15 minutes to order my food, and than another 20 for it to be prepared. Even when it was “done” they forgot my chicken fries and made my burgers wrong, and it took so long that my ice cream had melted. The employees were very kind, but it just took too long, and I didn’t want to leave because I’d already paid $40 for 2 burger meals and some chicken fries.
Update: Nothing has changed as of 2025, still slow, but now on top of it, they don’t answer their Drive Thru intercom. It’s basically impossible to get food here now, therefore I won’t even try again any time soon. Also look at this milkshake, this is AFTER I asked for extra Oreos…

I recently went to this burger king and had a great experience. Little to no wait time, the food was hot and fresh the fries were nice and crispy and the whopper was hot. The employees were very nice and calm and using good manners.

Ordered an original chicken sandwich you can tell it was refried the bread was not fresh, my friend had a shower Jr looked really good and said it was good. Restroom was dirty pee was still in the toilet and stuff all over the floor don’t know when the last time it was they checked or cleaned the restroom.

This burger king is never opened when it says it will be. I drove up at 6:30am and it was closed. They are suppose to open at 6am.
I then gave it another try when I got off work and the food was terrible. My chicken nuggets tasted like old burnt oil.
