I’ve lived on the coast for roughly 7 years. At first this location was having difficulties with serving good food (I was once served a chicken sandwich that was nearly hard as a rock). Despite my misgivings, I have returned to this location over the years. I think some time during this last 7 years, either the ownership changed or the owner changed their staff, because the food has greatly improved in quality and freshness. Staff is very attentive and quick to address guests and get your order made.

Not sure about all the negative reviews….this place delivers a perfect order everytime, always great service, food is always fresh and warm, and quick. I drive all the across town to go here instead of McDonald’s.

Only ever used the drive through, so I can’t speak to anything inside. But anything negative is either a fluke incident or unruly customer. 50/50 times I’ve gotten exactly what I ordered, quickly, and with a smile.

We have gone 3 times for snacks/meal for spouse. Every time they totally get order wrong and food is cold. This last time was upsetting because we ordered the SpongeBob meal as a keepsake. Order taker said out of the pineapple drinks, ok that’s gone can we get the rest. Pull up to pick up and all we got was the burger and cold fries in a bag. No pie, no you, no keepsake box. They take forever yet can’t tell you if they can’t fulfill an order and get it wrong anyways. So 15 bucks for a collectable meal that was a burger which tasted funny and cold fries. There is not a lot of fast food for on the go in lincoln city but they are no longer on our list.

Old school Burgers! Mario and his staff make sure the food is hot and the cheese is nice and melty. So many chain restaurants dont care about the little things anymore it seems. These guys do!

No complaints, except I wished there were open for indoor dining. Sign on door states the dining area is closed due to staffing shortage (very common problem restaurants are having). Extremely fast and very friendly service. The “Buy One Get One Extra” deal for $10 is a bargain. Food good and hot.

I normally don’t eat at fast food.
The restroom was dirty & half functional. In the dining area, tables & floors dirty. The food was sufficient to those in the party who chose BK as the eating location. Personally, I would rather go across the street to the grocery store for dinner. Mustard came on the burger, whereas, the other sauces come separately. I didn’t want mustard on my burger & nothing I saw stated mustard comes on it & they (two employees) didn’t ask. They prep the food to go though I was eating there. Oreo milkshake tasted like vanilla & sprinkles, nothing like Oreos. The trainer also taught the trainee to ring it up as a medium gingerbread instead of actual flavor.
The trainee was pleasant to interact with. A different employee than the first two gave adequate amount of fry sauce & ketchup.
